Soooo. I order from here on DoorDash sometimes and with my last delivery they gave me a post it and said they don’t give ketchup. I called tonight after placing an order to please ask for ketchup and this amazing human being answered the phone. FULL OF ENERGY and charisma. He was so attentive and fun and told me that was not how yal do things and ketchup wouldn’t be a problem. Niiiice work! That’s what true hospitality is!

I had a really bad day today and I was so happy to be welcomed with that kind of warmth and vibe. He also invited me in for karaoke! You should be grateful that he’s on your team. Even if he’s late - don’t write him up. Lol. Because I run a movie theater and I will go in for karaoke, and I will meet this amazing soul, and I will steal him 😉

I have lived in North Texas since 2012 and never had a Philly this good. I am originally from Florida so cant really compare anything to up north. But what I can tell you is that in Tampa Bay and Delray Beach we have visitors who live there year round and open up their own businesses. So I have had some Cheesesteaks in my life. Basically favorite food! This was the best one I have had in Texas in 13 years. Hands down! I just want them to make wraps so I can eat them for lunch every single day! Obsessed is an understatement! Y'all try them! So good!! Also, I ate most of the crinkle fries before I added them to the plate (whoops, my bad) so the pictures only represent half of the amount of fries. Go get a Philly...

Random selection from an area that I do not normally travel. This business is located in a strip center. Entrance is to a very small counter area. However, there is a second door that leads to a very large bar area. This was a surprise to me. I took my Deluxe Cheese Steak sandwich and fries to go after a brief wait for it's production. 8t was very good and had a lot of steak on it. The three employees (two at the counter and one in the bar area) were all very polite...
