Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Bee Cave

I have been there several times already for either lunch or dinner. Subs are always delicious and very good customer service. Without knowing the exact closing time, today I got to the store at 8:56pm (actually 4 minutes before closing time) and instead of getting that type of attitude "I hate you because I was just about to leave" I actually was really well treated by a young lady who very quickly unpacked everything she needed to prepare my delicious sub and made every effort to come up with all the ingredients to put it all together (As a matter of fact I was out of the store by 8:59pm!). So young lady (and her team members at this store), this is the kind of treatment someone in this business should always provide to the customer and I commend you for that. And specifically for the young lady that helped me today, thank you and keep having this kind of attitude. This is what will make you successful...

I frequent the other sub place nearby. Whenever I visit that sub spot, I end up with a sad veggie sub since the meat options there don't quite do it for me. So, I decided to give Jersey Mike's a shot instead.

I ordered the mini Chipotle Turkey Sub with hot chopped pepper relish on Rosemary Parmesan Bread, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The sandwich was packed with flavor and so satisfyingly hearty. I could even taste the deliciousness of the bread itself! This might just be my new go-to spot for subs. Plus, ordering online made the whole process quick and easy for pickup.

If you're calorie-conscious, opt for the mini subs because their regular-sized subs can be high in calories. Not sure if they do a mini size of the hot subs, but I didn't notice any options for hot subs in the mini size on the app.

I've had some good experiences where people have gone above and beyond. In particular there's manager and she is a wizard. I've been in many times where it is slammed and she is doing 6-7 peoples' jobs at once for real.

Just today I could tell that things were going to be packed and I told her I had ordered online and sat down. The order did come late and they ran out of a side that I paid extra for. She gave me my order, and even though it was crazy busy, apologized and explained because of the delay (and lack of extra side) they were not only refunding the side but the entire order. I can tell this lady - and others who work here - really take pride in doing good work and that is impressive. They are really on top of things at this location even when...
