Just went through the drive thru at the beebe store to pick up some food for my mom..I asked for a receipt..old lady at the window said it was in the bag..I did not have a receipt in the bag so I told her..she slapped her hand on the desk that her register in on rolled her eyes at me and looked at her manager..who turned away..I said screw it and proceeded to drive away when the lady in the window stuck her body out the window to yell rude gestures at me..she is very lucky I kept driving..she is very rude and the reason I haven't been back to any burger King in six months..same lady..6 months ago told me that burger King in beebe doesn't have to follow corporate policy when food is ordered online..all by burgers were wrong she refused to remake them and refused my refund..you really should get some better people for this store or you won't have any customers..I came through the drive thru 8/20/2024 between 1 & 1:30pm in a red gmc..Watch Your Cameras and get better...
Read moreI ordered a #1 combo but was charged for sandwich, fries, and drink seperately. When brought to attention of an employee, it was fixed but not ONCE did I get an apology for the screw up. Once I got my food, the fries were cold and tasted old, and the cheese wasn't even melted on the whopper. We had made 2 seperate orders and they both had cheese that was NOT melted. The young lady taking tje money was nice but the lead who fixed the charges was rude and kept saying, whats wrong? Whats wrong? I was telling her we needed to pay for the 2nd order and she just said, " what was on it? , in a rude manner. Also after receiving my food at the window, we were waiting to get our second order when we were again asked, whats wrong in a rude tone. We politely told them we had a 2nd order and were handed our food. Not one employee offered an apology or have a nice day. If you are going to run a business, I highly suggest training on being kind...

The guy who waited on us had a big attitude, and when we went up to order coffee and dessert, he refused to service. The manager had to help us. she asked him to make a fresh pot of coffee and he told her no so she went over and did it herself. When we have gone to this Burger King before the service was always great the food was always hot. There was something wrong with that server today. Usually when I go to this Burger King we have very good service very friendly servers and the food is always hot when we get it but that server today had a major attitude problem with us and we didn’t do anything but walk in and try to order.
