Chicago Flamin Grill Express — Restaurant in Beebe

My husband and I went here thinking the place looked good. We ordered and waited, I kid you not, over 40 minutes for a plate of fried food and a sandwich. The place was NOT busy (2 other small tables occupied). When I received my order (combo plate) I opened it up to find a chicken wing missing (menu says 4, I received 3). No big deal, I went to the counter to tell the lady and she said "the menu is supposed to say 3", so I picked up the menu literally laying on the counter in front of both of us and pointed out that it says 4 - along with the stack of about 30 other paper menus under it that said the same thing. She shrugged and said "well it is supposed to be 3". She literally just stood there and stared at me like I had two heads, did nothing to compensate or fix the issue. On top of that, they were out of catfish bites so she said she'd give me 2 fillets instead. I only received one small one. I was already irritated by her previous response so I didn't even bring it up. Would not recommend.

This is a new restaurant in Beebe,so my husband & i decided to check it out,the owner is from Chicago & he is the cook.Every body that knows me,I'm a food inspecter & i look around to see the cleaness of a restaurant,as i was waiting for michael to come in i was looking @ the menu,as i look down the trim around the wall was very diry,up around the window was left over food.But not real bad,finely he come in i order Philly steak sandwiche,with fries & frozen lemenaid with mangoe that is good,he order chicken wings w/fries / slaw my meal was super good,he got his & said where is the sauce,i had to get it for him he put a piece of shrimp in his mouth & spit it out said it was to salty,i took a piece of shrimp i spit it out cuz it hot,cooked hot,but it wasn't salty @ all he just wasn't hungry. I'm a Southside Chicago native (35th & Halsted). I've been in Arkansas for 8 years. I miss Chicago eateries. So I'm very critical of anyone trying to mimic home-style food. I have to admit I was skeptical of this restaurant but gave it a try... I'm so glad I did... YOU DID Chicago right! The food is exactly like home.
