My experience started Oct 31 2020 when I placed an order for 2 medium 1 topping pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks. I was told 1 hour for delivery. After 1 1/2 hours and no pizza I called to check the status. When the pizza got here about 20 minutes later it was cold so I called and talked to the manager who gave me a credit. Tonight I called to place an order and use the credit. Willie took my order but because pizza hut has not updated their map system the manager has to override so my address will pull up. My subdivision is fairly new. After 1 hour I called to check the status and was told it was carry out. I said no it was a delivery because the manager had to do an override. The man on the phone said he was the manager and I asked for fresh pizzas. And breadsticks since those had been sitting g for over. 30 minutes. I went to the store and said I was there to pick up and order and gave the name. The manager walked to the back and got the pizzas I opened each box and told him the sausage pizza was to be pan. The manager looked at me and said what do you want me to do about it very rudely. I asked him to make the order correctly. He said so you want me to make you a pan sausage. I told him not unless he was going to make them all fresh because my other food would be cold after waiting for another 20 minutes. He told me I've already made you free pizza. Then I asked for a credit for the one pizza. Very rudely again he told me I anit giving you a credit and I'm not making all of it fresh. I told him I would take my business elsewhere and he said that was fine with him and walked away. Apparently Pizza Hut in Beebe Arkansas doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Read moreThis is 2 bad experiences in a row at this Pizza Hut and they used to be spot on with service and food quality. The former order, I paid for extra cheese and ham and got neither.
This order was never fulfilled and they couldn't find it. Not only that, I was made to feel (even though he was very polite about it) it was my fault the order wasn't there and that maybe I'd put in the wrong store, which I hadn't. He walked into the store with no solution or help offered.
I'd placed this order at about 1045 to be ready for lunch after church by 1215. I arrived at 1220. I didn't feel well and had a headache, so I'd made it curbside pickup.
After he walked in I pulled up my completed order in my account and took it in and showed it to him. He apologized and said he didn't know what had happened, but that was it. I just kind of looked at him and said...So, what are we going to do about it? He said he'd get his manager and walked to the back. Ordered online for pick up. Pizza Hut billed the card but didn't make the food. The attendant stated they had no order in the system. This is not the first time this has happened with this store. The first manager I talked to put me on hold for 20 minutes with the most obnoxious repeating ad imaginable. I gave up waiting, called back, and after an unproductive conversation, I was informed to call the day manager the next day. The day manager spent the first minute suggesting my card had been declined or I had ordered in the wrong town. After sending him photos of the order, he offered to make the food, give me credit or offer a refund. To get the refund, I had to go to the store location.
