Waffle House — Restaurant in Beebe

Definitely one of my favorite breakfast/lunch/brunch spots for the last 17 months or thereabouts excellent customer service that always has met & exceeded expectations in every aspect ! Allison has waited on me close to 200 times ⏳️⏰️🕰 and has been superb in everything she does awesome server, waits on multiple tables when very busy, checks all customers out, handles all the to-go orders ... also responsible for sidework as part of her shift expectations... restocking condiments, food items, and washing a plethora of dishes 🍽🍽🍴🍴 !! Absolutely amazing with a great & sunny 🌞 personality and radiating positivity 😁 with a great smile !! I always allow her to pick my breakfast/lunch entrees and she does a fabulous job coming up with new combinations multiple times a week ! Highly recommend asking for her 👌... she has also on many occasions when shorthanded made my entire meal 😋 along with waiting on me, multiple other customers along with everything else she handles with ease 🎊🥁🪇🎭✨️🤩🎉 ! No matter the day with all the challenges she has faced while handling many satisfied customers - Allison has stood out as someone that takes great pride in her work and is the epitome of what Waffle 🧇 House looks for a phenomenal employee ! Always strives for a great customer experience for everyone ! Also crushing it in her chosen field as a Dental Hygienist - having just been accepted to continue her higher education at UAMS in the fall ! She has worked so very hard to get to this point and I know she will excel and meet her goals - very proud of her ! 🩷 RDH here...

My mom and I stopped in around 830 pm tonight for dinner. I use to work at this specific location years ago. It was the best Waffle House at the time. Anyways, I had ordered a bacon patty melt with grilled onions and my mom ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese melt. We received our food, my mom’s was perfectly done and cooked! Mine however definitely was NOT done and perfectly cooked! Because I am very pregnant I inspected my food before eating, as I usually do. I discovered the bacon was half cooked and no grilled onions. I said nothing and kept my cool as I removed the bacon and asked for my grilled onions so I could add them to my sandwich. I began to eat after getting my onions and discovered 1/3 of the way through my sandwich that the hamburger patty was undercooked and still pink. I showed my mom and I immediately put the sandwich down and decided to eat my hashbrowns instead. That was the only pleasant part of my meal other than our accommodating server and the Mr. Pibb! I have never been so disappointed about one of my favorite...

Bad attitude with staff. Filthy behind the counter. Had to order hashbrowns three times before they were correct. The waitress finally cooked my hashbrowns and cooked up correctly the chef refused to . Not to mention with the bad attitude each time I asked for it to be corrected. They were burnt to a Chris. Real crispy! Today’s date March 8 three people on staff. cooks smoking cigarettes outside customers waiting for food. waitresses complaining about their job. I’m not one that usually complain but this was just so out of character for this waffle house. I eat here quite often Never have a bad service. for the restaurant look this filthy and with a bad attitude. I wonder if the manager was at work if they would have a different attitude. I actually feel guilty now and afraid to ask for corrections. The attitude I get is if it fits in my fault Very weird. Just thought I would share...
