Crumbl — Restaurant in Bel Air

I was in the bel air location yesterday. There were all sorts of technical issues with ordering I'm just trying the 52.00 worth of cookies we bought and I have to say the texture of the cookies are not good this was all my son wanted to get for his birthday dessert and we all are extremely disappointed. They don't taste cooked all the way . The are more uncooked cake then the normal cookies we all love from crumble. My family and I were be very excited when crumble was by brought to bel air we traveled from Aberdeen and to be so let down for such a large expense for cookies really put a damper on my son's birthday dessert. Every l one take caution I'm not sure if this location is up to the crumble name. I should have tried the smaller box first. Ugh the staff was very apologetic due to their tech issues and so polite but that visit yesterday has completely turned me off of crumble. Next time I'll just bake...

Ordered a 6pack online and came in for pick up. Store was packed so I waited patiently by the pick up area after I gave the workers my name and noticed after about 15min, that they hadn’t given out any orders. Finally after about 10 more minutes, they tell us there’s only one special flavor left and the basic chocolate chip. I told the worker I would wait longer if they baked more since I drove all the way there and already paid and she smiled and said there’s nothing they could do. This is seriously ridiculous. Why are they not more prepared for a Saturday? Why does the online menu not reflect what’s available? And why did the staff just let us all stand there and waste our time instead of communicating? I’m giving the food 4 stars because some weeks the cookies, though they may sound interesting or delicious, can fall flat; examples by being the Churro & peanut butter cookies. I’ve yet to dind tbe free sample tray, so you are investing north of $4 per cookie and hoping they knock it out of the park. That being said, this week’s offerings were great: Raspberry Cheesecake, Pink Velvet, Chocolate Cake, and the Lemon Poppyseed. Our family enjoyed sharing the cookies. The kids especially liked the Pink Velvet and Chocolate Cake. The service has always been friendly and prompt. There is no atmosphere to speak of, but this locale is kept clean.
