I have come to this location on several occasions, And like most people here in other reviews I can safely say this place is absolute trash. It was bad enough before the remode when it seemed like they were closed Every night even though they were twenty four now it has gotten even worse. On several occasions, I would come up to the drivethru with only one person ahead of me and each person would wait five to ten minutes Just for the cracked out woman running the drive thru overnight To acknowledge that you were even there. Only 50% of the time Does she actually get your order right, And she acts like you are an inconvenience to her when you pull up like you shouldn't be there this time of night even though you are open all night. This latest time that i've gone there, My nuggets were lukewarm, My burger Patty's to my big Mac were hardly warm, And I can't even exaggerate this when I say my fries were still cold. I don't mean cold as in lukewarm, I mean cold as in I was questioning whether my fries were sitting outside on the front curb and they brought them through the restaurant to deliver to me at the drivethru cold. Management should seriously get off their lazy ass and do something about this establishment That's so many people complain about but nothing It's done. I bet if I ever get sick off your disgusting food and got my lawyers involved you guys would probably be commrmting more on the reviews here and even doing better. It's really sad when even your business website says that you were open 24 hours. Both drive through and Dining room , but when you call the restaurant to confirm , they tell you that the dining room is closed at midnight. This is what we get for people who want fifteen dollars an hour. This place is trash, It's employed by trash And most likely managed by trash.. I would say do better, but since this place hasn't changed in over a year I don't anticipate it ever-changing.So I will go along with what other people say and something else should go...
Read moreUpdate: Corporate promised someone from the franchise would reach out to me. 5 months have gone by and nobody has attempted to contact me at all.
Review from December 2020: This is the feedback I left on the corporate website.
Nobody would take our order. Period. After waiting for 5 minutes while the manager had her back turned to us but did nothing other than look at the drive thru screen, I asked if someone would help us.
She hesitated to turn around, then when she did said they were busy right now. Someone will be with you in a bit. Of course, that never happened.
A few minutes later I asked again and was told they were still busy. I guess I was supposed to wait until after the lunch rush for someone to take my order?!?
So we left. Your manager should be fired. She clearly does not care about your customers. And by employing her - you do not either.
I am hoping for some form of response to this, but I am not holding my breath. It is high time McDonalds actually provided the customer support they did 20 years ago. Your business would improve for sure.

Original Review from 2017: The service and food was fine. However, an argument between employees spilled into the dining room with one employee asking another to go outside and fight.
I wouldn't have been alarmed had the manager done anything to subdue the situation. She only spoke one time, and that was when she saw the look on my 8 year old daughter's face.
In short - we had no issue with the food or service. But we didn't feel safe and it was because of the staff and more specifically the lack of action on the part of...
Read moreThis Mcdonald’s has left my friend permanently altered (and slightly annoyed). She had order 40 nuggets, a sprite, and a doctor pepper. As well as, sweet & sour sauce, honey mustard and ranch. This was brought to her house at a decent time which is fine. HOWEVER, NONE of the sauces that were ordered arrived as promised, this rendered the nuggets almost useless. Alas, she averted her gaze to the Dr. Pepper, a small beam of hope radiated from her crisp, emerald colored eyes. A hope she would soon learned that was ignorantly instilled. She reached her already quivering hand into the brown paper bag. It’s emptiness calling out to her, tempting her to go further. She shuffled her hand around, searching for a straw to quench her thirst. A painful ringing began in her ear, her hand violently shaking the bag. The ringing had become drowned out from the violent sounds caused by the paper bag. Reality began to set in. There was no straw. Cornelius (her gay bsf) turned to her, he stared at her for a few seconds and then noticed that she was staring at the ground. Her glare could’ve melted carpet of which they sat on. He could feel the misery and torment leaving her body. Like a soldier who had just seen thousands of women and children die………
Long story short, kinda mid over all. The nuggets are fine by themselves but the sauces tie them together and without that you kind just have chicken sponges. And you could just drink the soda without a straw but that’s...
