Pure Raw Juice — Restaurant in Bel Air

Not sure if the staff here take too well to friendly brown-skinned folks or if this is just an example of their poor customer service, overall; however, this is my second visit at this location and the first visit, a young man served me a Green Giant that was not mixed well. There’s no reason why anyone should have to chew a smoothie. And, today I visited this location and a young woman barely greeted me as she looked annoyed that I even showed up. Moreover, before I could even finish my card transaction, she turned her back and walked away to talk to another staff member, leaving me to retrieve my own receipt and go on my merry way without her even noticing I left. Needless to say, I will not patronize this location again! Thankfully, the staff at the other locations are friendly and their smoothies are tasty and...

Update:

The banana that was in the most recent bowl was not a fresh, sweet, ripe banana. The banana was a shiny shade of tarnished gold and the center was black from beginning to end. The size of the dark black center was 2/3 of the banana circumference.

I’m not sure of anyone who likes their fresh banana to look like it spent the afternoon in a sauna.

I have been coming here frequently for many years. Unfortunately the past few times I have I gotten the açaí bowl the quality of the bananas has been hit or miss. I know what a bruised banana looks like and the bananas in my bowl should not have been served to a customer. Please review with your staff when a banana should not be served...

1st and last time coming here.

Ive been going to a juice place on the avenue. And i saw this was closer. So I tried here today.

For a place thats called "pure raw juice" theres not really any juice lol. They should change their name to like smoothie hut jr.

The juice isnt fresh made. And theres little options. The juice i got was "best by" today.

The lid isnt sealed. Just screwed on.

The juice wasnt that good.

The employee wasnt that great.

I came for an experience similar to what I get in white marsh.

Made to order juice of my choosing.

Not a jar of weeks old juice with an unsealed, screw on lid.
