I got there at 10:02 pm and the store was closed. All I needed was formula for my baby. I didn't realize he was almost out till late at night because I had spent most of the day at the doctors office. So I asked the security guard if he can please let me in several customers were still inside. I just needed formula. He told me to go to 711 or another place. I asked to speak with the manager and this lady says she can't let me in. I told her all I need is formula. I had my 3 kids with me all under 5. I really didn't want to go anywhere else since I was already there and it's difficult to carry all of them all over town especially so late at night. She told me to go to walmart or food 4 less. I felt so bad being turned away. I will take her recommendation and go to those stores from now on. As a mother I felt so bad that I had to go out and try to find food for my baby so...

I was in line to pay at the panaderia and I got the WORST customer service experience from the worker YUDITH an older lady. She completely ignored me when I already had my things to pay at the register and instead went and helped an older gentleman that got there after me. Even the gentleman apologized for being helped before me even though I had already been there waiting. I’m 7 months pregnant and get panic attacks when in a store for too long to still be ignored and have my things pushed aside to help someone else instead of me that I was there first. My last visit at this will be my last, they clearly have a bump bin by the front registers marked 48cents, so I looked through it, came across Banana peppers, curry seasoning and paprika seasoning. So I put them in my basket. Ask the cashier to ensure they were 48 cents she walked with me to the bump bin and saw multiple items of the 3, then here comes Co Mgr Daryl , took one look at me rolled his eyes and proceeded to the bump bin, came back and his it was go backs and walked off with saying another word.
