Fusion Car Audio Alarm Tint and Multimedia — Local services in Bell

Came to get my wife's car done. The owner seemed cool, spoke with him a few months ago. Came back, got my windows Tinted, and looked great in the dark. But following day there was so much debris under the tint, seemed like they didn't bother cleaning the windows before installation. I complained, they offered to replace but with the vibes I got I knew it was just going to happen again. Got a refund, had them take it off. Owner kept insisting its my fault because of where I live and that the wind blows and kept going on and on. I decided to go else where. And without any problems, other place I went is rated 5.0 for a reason. It's just on the other side of town, 10/15 minutes away. They had to finish cleaning up the mess from this place cuz the workers were mad that it came out wrong, took it out on me and my car, scratched my defroster and windows and I decided just to give the owner a call letting him know maybe just becareful for future reference. He got mad starting going off saying "I already gave you a refund, if you're looking for good service you're never going to find it because we work very hard." Clearly I found a much better spot. I'm never coming back here. And you can clearly see that this was not done by professionals, no matter what they claim. What a shame because I did have high hopes especially from the day I met the owner, but clearly didn't work out.

Response: No, the vehicle was not dirty. I had it detailed about 3 days before I brought it in. Like I said it's my wife's car, wanted to surprise her with the tint. Yes as I stated before, I received my refund and I also made it clear you guys offered to replace. You claim you saw it dirty. Yet, I was there you walked straight to the office. You seem to be more of a desk guy than the actual workers. I've been to this location multiple times (not for work, to get things done on that same lot). The vehicle never had tint, you may continue to claim even though it's straight dealer and first owner. This shop pushes and pushes to spend more and more. Even your guy that Tinted my window kept pushing for me to do the windshield even after I told him no. He kept going I explained to him I have a Crack, literally did not believe me and asked me to show him. This vehicle condition should not matter. If the car were as you claim to be dirty. Why weren't my windows cleaned before...

This place is horrible. I took my 2018 WRX because they claimed to have worked on them before. They changed out my lights and changed out my speakers. A relay burned out on my speakers a few months after getting everything changed out. They still made me pay for that even though they should've warrantied it. They also changed out a fuse to put out higher ampridge to make the LED lights work which you're not supposed to do. This almost caused my car to catch on fire when the lights started to burn up. They broke a few clips on my rear door panels as well, that same relay is burnt out again which causes the sound in my car to go out every once in a while. I'm dealing with someone else now so they can try to fix the issue because I do NOT trust these guys to work on my car anymore. Gaston is knows his stuff but his employees are very incompetent and don't really know what they're doing and Gaston is hardly there or at least he wasn't there when the work on my car was being done so that's not a good combo. Overall this place has caused me too much money because everything they've done has started to act up and break. Everything is out of warranty now. It's only been a year and a half, I should Not have these issues for something so new. Do NOT GO HERE!!!! Save your money and go somewhere...

After reading mixed reviews from this place, I decided to give it a shot and go get my windows tinted. I went right before opening and they opened about 10 minutes late. I should’ve known this was a red flag, but I didn’t mind the wait at the time. I was told the tint specialist was going to arrive 2 hours after opening, so I left and came back. Again, they told me he wasn’t there. So I left and came back about 4 hours later AFTER calling and confirming they would tint my windows. Upon arrival, an employee asked me if I could leave my vehicle, even though that wasn’t mentioned to me when I called. I had work the next day so I couldn’t do that and let them know. After that, the employee got rude and condescending and told me I shouldn’t have expected for it to be done today. I went to about 4 places total today and all of them told me they would get it done on the spot, within two hours. The unprofessionalism of this shop ensured that I wouldn’t return.
