The items are great but sadly the staffing is the worst...they add up on their own the totals and have totalled things wrong for me multiple times so make sure you always double check their math. the women are not welcoming and they seem very unhappy to be working there. Lastly , tonight when I visited with my child a woman stated she was closing early because she had been alone for the day; this was odd since three other people were there closing. After I shared that online the business hours show for 9 pm she said OK I'll have them, the other staff there, help. Made me feel like a bother. I really like Raspado Xpress chain, however this location needs to upgrade everything. There was no costumers when I got there, and there was 2 people working. It took them a while to at least greet me. When they finally did they just said "I will be with you shortly" They finally took my order, and started making it. The fruits tasted like they were in the fridge for a long time. I asked for a drink with chamoy, but it didn't taste like chamoy at all, it tasted like hot sauce and lime.
