Attended a birthday celebration here last week. We had a party of about 20. Once half the party arrived we were seated (about 15 min later). This is where the roller coaster begins. Once seated we were greeted and provided our drinks. Some time later soups and salads were brought out. About 30 minutes later we placed our orders. About an hour to an hour and a half later cooking begins at our tables. Prior to this, we were informed it was last call and did we want to order anything else. My God! I don't know! I haven't gotten my first order!!! This grill is still cold!!! Once the cooks arrive they were pretty good. Our table had the best of the two. The others chef provided little to no entertainment. On the upside...drinks were kept full and the food was tasty. Good enough to return? Probably not. I don't like waiting two hours for my food, and being rushed through my meal, by being offered to go boxes. I felt it was rude.

Bathroom was dirty and floors were squishy, Service was good, people were attentive Food was pretty good, everything was great, meat, vegetables, shrimps, except the scallops, missed some flavor. The rice was Aaaamazing ! Was a tad unhappy with the ambiance, theres no door for the kitchen/cleaning room its exposed and just there not meshing with the other colors, the restroom wasnt what youd expect at being charged $45+ per plate Plenty of parking Our cook was pretty nice, iniesto We went around 3:30 pm and it was pretty empty The food was ok, but i dont think im going anytime soon there again

Tonight had Soup & Salad followed by Veggie Tempura. Very tastey and satisfying. Follow up on Jan 1st , soup & salad, with Tiger Eye Roll, smoked salmon with cream cheese, really good. Dinner Hibachi Menu comes with Soup, (broth with onion that can be switched for Miso) & small dinner salad (with choice of Creamy Ginger Salad dressing or Ginger Salad dressing) or ( get both and it is the best salad dressing!)both are fantastic. Have had Seafood Delight (Scallops, Calamari steak, shrimp) includes rice and veggies. A lot of food but easily eaten. Reasonable price for quality of food. Will go back.

First, let me preface by saying the food here is pretty good. I can't complain about any of the food I have eaten.

I can complain, however, about the horrendous service we received. I made a reservation (at 6:30), went with my son, and ended up setting with 2 other groups. Myself and the group to my right ordered sushi. it took a while, but not really anything to complain about. However, after 45 minutes of waiting on the hibachi chef to show and watching 2 chefs go to tables who were sat after us, the couple to our left, who hadn't eaten anything started to complain. They were told it was because our table had sushi (Yep! it was our fault) and "we were next". Keep in mind I am watching people at other tables get sushi delivered to their tables as the chef is there doing the presentation.

15 minutes later when another chef went to another table that was sat after us, the couple to our left got up and left. The excuse that time was they were short of chefs. At the hour and 20 mark, we hadn't gotten any refills on drinks, our rice sat on the oven for about 45 minutes, we were getting our chef in "2 minutes". I told them they should stop making promises. The man to our right insisted on us getting some comps, however, the manager was having none of it, other than sending out a bowl of Edamame. He did eventually tell us the truth that our waiter forgot to turn in our hibachi order and then when reminded about it, he forgot again.

Finally at an hour and 30 minutes (8:00) the chef arrives. He then proceeds to breeze through his presentation. Doesn't even bother making the sauces they usually make. Didn't do the choo choo train on fire that my 6 year old loves. The fried rice was under "soy'd". A very underwhelming, half-a**ed experience to say the least.

After eating, we simply wanted to leave. We had to ask another waiter for our check, because we hadn't seen our guy in about 45 minutes at that point. After ten minutes of waiting, the group to our right got up and walked up to the manager and hilariously told him, "If you want us to pay, have your owner call me" and handed him his phone number. That got their attention as several staff members scrambled to get the check and chased him down in the parking lot.

Finally, we got our check and left. I left a $.16 tip. I have never done that before.

It's really too bad. The food's pretty good, it's a shame they'll never get this...

I just left this place about an hour ago with my parents. Stepping in the restaurant, there were two ladies standing in the entrance without greeting, almost like unwelcoming kind of sense. The inside of the restaurant was really nice unlike the food. There were no waitress walking you or showing you the table, just going straight any seats. I saw down with my parents and then went over the menu, 10 mins passes, no one came to get our drink orders. When someone finally did, it almost feel like he was rushing through the order. It wasn't that busy around the restaurant, with only three tables around me that was seated. After ordering, the server brought out a plate with 6 mini rolls on it. No silverwares were brought until our third dish was brought out 10 min later. The salmon roll we ordered was like some really basic salmon roll you can make at home. The New York steak we ordered came out to be some diced regular beef with a bunch of vegetables and 4 pcs of shrimp and a side of steam rice ( they charge you extra for fried rice). You're telling me I paid $40 for DICED beef, I was expecting to be asked if I wanted it at least medium rare or even just a piece of sliced steak! The taste was off, flavorless, unbelievable. The rainbow roll was something decent I had at the restaurant tonight. We've also had some Udon noodles which was also really basic soup like the ones you can buy with packaging at Costco. I was really disappointed as a first time customer at this restaurant. I am not someone who usually comes to google to leave a review for a place and complaint about everything that went wrong. If you are the manager or the owner of this place, as a customer, I would like to tell you that I feel like I have been scammed by your business. Please improve your restaurant for other's experiences. If I was to bring a date to this place tonight, it would have been a complete disaster. And if you were the server reading this, I left you a bad tip because you really didn't service me at all. It was a really bad experience especially having a drunk customer running around the restaurant asking for a ride home and you guys doing nothing about it was worst on top...

Yesterday night my girlfriends and I came to eat this restaurant; we had heard great reviews about the food and wanted to give it a try. we arrived exactly an hour before closing, but told it would be a 30 minute wait for the hibachi side and the kitchen closes at 9:45. We then asked if we could sit at the bar side and they said it was open seating and someone would be right with us we sat at 9 PM and we're not greeted until 9:17 we asked a server who would be taking care of us and he never came back and it turned out he was our server (Diego). We asked to speak to a manager several times (Michelle) at the host stand told us the manager would be on his way as soon as he finished up with something. We did not receive any water until 930 right before our food came out. We decided to order one last thing at 9:41 we were told that the kitchen was already closed but we were told previously that last call was at 9:45 so we were not able to get anything else as we were promised before. We really tried to be respectful of everyone's time but they were not respectful of ours and had us waiting for a very very long time and would not accommodate us whatsoever. We ask for the manager multiple times and it turned out there was no manager on the premises at all. We were lied to the entire time about a manager coming to speak to us. At the end of the night Diego told us that we came in super late and that's why the service was so bad mind you we came in an hour before and we're not greeted until 930 how could it be our fault? I work in the Restaurant industry and I have never seen anything like this before it was very unprofessional they were rude and liars. The team leader also could do nothing for us which is very weird because you hold the keys to the entire restaurant it was very unfortunate that we had a horrible experience here because the food was actually...
