USPS should really observe who they hire! I had been waiting on my debit card for two weeks to come, I ordered it early January. Go to check my informed delivery and the image isn’t scanned okay fine no problem, the problem began when I checked my mail box and see a empty envelop that my card was supposed to came in, BUT NO DEBIT CARD IN SIGHT. I also have the pictures of what the envelop looked like when it arrived, SOMEONE CLEARLY OPENED MY MAIL AND STOLE MY CARD! No one broke in the mailbox! This was done by one of your USPS WORKERS…
I ordered a second card , this time it was scanned but not delivered! It was suppose to be delivered Jan 21 2025 but due to the weather it was going to be delivered Jan 22 instead. My card didn’t come! Nor did it arrive on the 23rd! Fast forward to today Jan 24 2025. After I submitted my claim what do you know my card pops up in my mailbox!! That’s not it though, the mail carrier or whomever handles the mail attempted to open this envelop as well!! My guess is they thought against it! I have photos of both envelops and they’re showing signs that someone has been opening my mail in attempt to steal! Btw I usually receive all my mail and it gets scanned so that I may see it on informed delivery, I get that sometimes mail is hit and miss, however this is THEFT! No other way around I am going to attach pics of the envelope below. I have submitted my complaint and I am waiting for a response, auto response...
Read moreA group of elementary aged children can run this place better than the current workers here. Located in Bellaire , yet behave like a place from Third World Country. Online website states passport walk in are available from 2:30 to 3:30 MF. I took the day off , wanting to get passport for my young children . To be safe , I called ahead at 12:00 P.M and a lady confirmed that walk in passport was available to the first five people starting at 2:30 PM . I pulled my children out of daycare early , drove through the Houston heat and traffic , managed to arrive there at 2:15 PM . No one was found around the passport office . I then stood in line patiently and finally able to talk to a middle age overweight lady, likely the same one I talked to earlier . She then informed me that all passport walk in are canceled . I was furious but I kept my composure. I mentioned that I have just called in earlier and was told to come in just about 2 hrs ago. She the replied with a cold , soulless tone , “ No one is available, no staff “. I look around and see 3 other people , working at the speed of a sloth . I quickly removed my family from this wretched place , vowing never to come back . Go somewhere else if you need your passport done . If you have no other choice , then perhaps you will need to bribe the workers, like how they do it in Third World Country. I suspect a dozen glazed donuts will...
Read moreWent to this post office on Thursday, Oct. 13th., to mail some legal papers back to an attorney. They needed to be there by Monday. Paid $6.45 for priority mail to make sure it would get there. Promised delivery was the 15th. I got a call on Thursday the 20th to say they still hadn't arrived. Tracking showed it left the Bellaire Post office on the 14th but no further updates. Tried calling the customer service number for USPS to get a recording saying the hold time was 30 to 45 minutes.
I emailed USPS regarding the lost mail. Got a call the next day from the Flatonia, Tx post office where it was supposed to be delivered. Lady says they don't have it and mostly likely it never left the Bellaire office. Tells me to go to the Bellaire office and check with them. Excuse me? I paid USPS to deliver a package which your promptly lost. Your screw up so your responsibility to fix it. Lady tries to tell me not her problem. You work for USPS so it is your problem.
This is the second time this year that I've paid extra to have something delivered quickly and it didn't make it there on time. Or in this case, at all. I filled a complaint with USPS last time and I was told I would be credited for what I had paid vs normal first class mail, and they would have Bellaire station manager call me to apologize. That was April. It's Oct. now and I'm...
