I'm only reviewing because I was extremely annoyed and I could not express my annoyance immediately because I was on the phone with my mom at the time I picked up my order... So anyway, I placed a pickup order using the app and normally (at other locations) I pull up to the drive thru and let them know I made a pickup order and they let me know I can pull to the window. I order ahead and my toddler is always with me so I don't want to have to get out of the car for something quick. On this occasion I was told to give them a second when I got to the drive thru which was fine but then my kiddo started singing, being adorable af, and my mom called me. So I was distracted but then the car in front of me pulled up so I did as well. The fact that I didn't tell the person what I was there for completely escaped me. When I got to the window I was still on the phone with my mom. So this place, the drive thru window kind of pokes out and has windows on all sides so if you are serving the window then you can see how many cars are in line... With that being said, when the guy brought my pickup order he told me that I need to let them know at the speaker that I'm picking up an order and he said that was so I wouldn't be just waiting for someone to notice me... He said it with a big attitude! Sitting at the window I could see to the front door of this Smoothie King so if I was sitting at the drive thru unnoticed then whoever is working their isn't doing their job! I could've accepted the excuse of it being a safety issue for them instead of an inconvenience for me! I still would have appreciated if that attitude was kept to themselves. I'm giving 2 stars because at least the smoothie was good but had I not had my kiddo with me (who wanted the smoothie) then it would've been returned. I definitely will not be returning to this location. When you place a pickup order it says to pull up to the drive thru window (not let the associate know before you pull up) or retrieve it from the pickup stand in the store (which again doesn't require me to communicate with anyone in the store when it has my name on it)... Ultimately, it's just the attitude they gave! I've never been spoken to like that at any other Smoothie King and there have been several times where I intentionally just pulled to the window and none of those associates...
Read moremy disappointment and frustration regarding the extremely poor service I received at your establishment on 06-26-24 at 3:35pm I had placed an order for my two children and four adults, and was shocked by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of your staff member who handled my order.
Upon arriving to order, I was instructed by the staff member to come inside to collect it. I politely explained that I had my children with me and therefore could not leave them unattended in the car. To my disbelief, the staff member proceeded to mock and laugh with a colleague before informing me that I would have to wait in the parking lot for the order to be prepared.
What followed was a complete disregard for customer service and respect. While waiting as instructed, I witnessed two drive-through customers place their orders, receive them promptly, and drive away, all while I was left waiting in the parking lot with no explanation or update on the status of my order.
After waiting for 10 minutes without any response or acknowledgement from your staff, I ultimately had no choice but to leave empty-handed. This level of neglect and lack of professionalism is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment.
I urge you to address the issues in your hiring process and ensure that all staff members are trained to provide exceptional customer service. It is evident that there are many talented professionals seeking employment opportunities, and it is concerning that individuals with such poor attitudes and disregard for customers are representing your establishment.
In light of this experience, I regret to say that I cannot in good conscience recommend your establishment to anyone, and I strongly urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Read moreI have never had a problem with this place until today. First of all, I waited in line for a good solid. 15 minutes before getting my order. Finally get my order I order a gladiator and an angel food 20 ounce when I got the drinks they seem very watery not thick like usual. We were running late for my sons appointment. My son got out of the car and accidentally spilled his smoothie the cup Brooke and Smoothie spilled out onto the ground. I picked it up and waited until after his appointment to take it back and see if they would replace the Smoothie. I had the cup with a broke lid and showed them and told them the story how the smoothie fell and spilled onto the ground and if they could please replace it after calling the manager on the phone the guy came back and said he cannot replace it. I could not understand why after all, it was just a smoothie I wasn’t asking for my money back for my mistake. I was simply asking to replace a smoothie. He said if I wanted another smoothie I would have to pay for it again. My mind was blown. I could not believe that they were wanting me to pay for it again. Instead of replacing it and making a customer happy I paid over $14 for two shakes I ended up giving my son my shake so that he could have something to drink because he was sad that his drink had spilt all over the ground.
