Wawa — Restaurant in Belle Isle

Made my first and last stop at the new Wawa today. I will never come back. It seems that no matter which store is located in Belle Isle, they go out of business. Maybe it's because the service sucks and the people are class A jerks. I was soooo excited to have the new WaWa open on my daily route to work and back home only to be disappointed. Good luck!! At least the 7-11 across the street does not need to worry about Losing customers due to better service. I have gone to both stores to buy gas and for some reason I was either not allowed or unable. If you're not going to allow people to use your gas pumps then turn off your damn sign so that we don't waste our time getting trapped in your parking lot that once you enter you can't get back out. What a joke!!! Ok, so I gave it a second chance today only because it was convenient, gas price low and you have a PNC atm which I can withdraw money. Told I only had 15 minutes to charge at the table by one of the employees here and it was raining so if I didn't have any poncho or umbrella or anything I would have to go on the rain and got sick and would have been his fault and no one's really there at night I just want to get out of the rain and maybe charge a few things but no somebody has to say 15 minutes or somebody had to complain if they wanted the table they could have took the table I charge in the front too but that's okay I just won't go here anymore I mean I go here there every day I buy a lot of stuff from them I buy their drinks I bought some stuff last night like this race track over here down here I used to go here a lot but I don't go here anymore so I guess if this wall was not going to be my favorite store anymore cuz I went here since it was open since it opens I'll start any trouble I don't make too much noise I'm very quiet I keep to myself I don't argue with the employees but they act like they're so packed every night but it's really a ghost...

Value People, Delight Customers, Do the Right Thing, Do Things Right these are the Core values on their website it is not my experience from interactions with the manager and CEO of this company. My business is now going to the local RaceTrac that is being built in our Bele Isle community I dont want to give my hard earned money to a store and company who makes me feel like i'm not valued as a customer. Gas is Gas and Soda is Soda same thing no matter where you go so what will make you different and that is Value people and Delight customers you will not get that at WaWa go ahead ask for something different you will get the corporate answer.
