I walked into this location with my 1 yr old daughter at 10:23am for breakfast walked straight to the kiosk for credit cards only placed my oder but kiosk credit card machine did not work so I walked over to the counter for service. Two managers were standing there (later identified as Jessica and Eddie) neither one greeted me but both looked over and saw me standing at the counter. Jessica was doing absolutely nothing to do with service just walking around then disappeared into a back office and came back out eating out of a bowl. Eddie was servicing drive-thru. After 4-5 minutes of standing there a older woman comes from somewhere random washes her hands then asks what I would like? Of course I say my breakfast order at this time, it's 10:29 or 10:30 she says I'm sorry but breakfast has ended... Ummm no ma'am you're new to this atleast 7-8 minutes scene but I've been here and both those managers saw me here and hasn't asked me anything! No I need a breakfast croissant can you get the lady back there eating? Here come Jessica... how can I help? Umm you saw me standing here for a while I need a breakfast croissant! Jessica say sorry we ended breakfast we don't have anything for breakfast. I say so you saying it's nothing in here you can make my breakfast croissant with? She said no nothing and walks away. I pull out my phone to record names ask for names of each manager Jessica and Eddie is what "Jessica" says then she starts getting bold saying negative remarks so I turn and leave and she yells "cheese"! Read moreUpdate 05/14/25: another huge miss and debacle. Came to the drive-thru, and I knew I was taking a chance but I didn't think that you would get everything wrong. Ordered the number 8 medium, double stack and a baked potato with sour cream and butter. Someone with a polo shirt came to the window after I paid for my order and asked me to pull up next to the rails, because they were going to cook the chicken and it would take 5 minutes and it would be fresh.
I was in a rush but I said okay, thanks for making the chicken fresh. But everything else was ice cold and probably left over from the lunch hour rush! You should be embarrassed and ashamed to hand a bag to someone face to face, like everything is great. The fries were ice cold, the double stack was ice cold, the baked potato was the size of a tiny apple and it had been burned and sitting around and there was no butter and no sour cream, not even a lousy pack of ketchup. I specifically ask for a receipt at the window and did not receive one, and there wasn't one in the bag. I tried calling the restaurant twice and all it would do is go to some random mailbox. I did leave a message with my name and phone number. I don't expect that I'm going to get a call back, if I can't even get hot food in the drive-thru. I will not be back, You guys super s* 😡

Read moreTo the drive-thru with my sister and the manager didn't speak very well English it wasn't the problem really I can understand that she didn't bear the Language but speak Spanish as well not a big deal. Truly my issue began because I asked for her name due to the fact that she had no name tag on (mind you she's supposed to be the manager on shift) & she simply acted like she couldn't hear me so I said to give me the supervisor's number and a business card at that point she wouldn't give it to me because she says that they don't have any of that stuff absolutely absurd (who does she think she's fooling) so I took a picture of her at this point she got and enraged and she felt the need to hold hostage the meal that I have proof of payment for on my card (she not too smart) which mind you belong to my four year old who is hungry and crying in the backseat because I am arguing with this lady for information that I should have access to) this place is an outrage management is out of control she needs to be ceased and desist.
