Hardee’s — Restaurant in Belleview

This store has great breakfasts. Unfortunately after a long day my wife and I ordered a couple of hamburger specials and both orders of double hamburgers were absolutely Cold as well as the french fries. The lettuce was fresh. The hydroponic tomatoes were fresh but as with all non vine ripe tomatoes they had no taste and very bland. These tomatoes should have another name than tomatoes. The Coca-Colas were good and not diet cola as most fast food restaurants try to pass off as genuine Pepsi, Dr. Pepper and Coca-Cola. I Know the difference. Telling any franchise we went to about the diet drink switch does nothing to discourage this practice. In my opinion they are trying to get rid of the diet colas anyway possible as often as deemed necessary. Nasty. We will continue to patronize this franchise for breakfast but no longer lunch or dinner because of Cold hamburgers, hydroponic tomatoes and cold french fries. I was presumptuous in the fact of my saying the breakfast was good. It is not per say the food but my wife normally every week or so brings home sausage biscuits and biscuits and gravy. We were steady customers. This morning October 2nd 2022 at this Hardee's an employee who recognized my wife made the meal fresh as requested as normal. There were no other customers present at that time. When the employee who recognizes my wife brought her food to her. The employee was putting her food in the bag and the assistant manager screamed at the employee and put a pre-made sausage and gravy and told him to, " Never Do It Again Because She Ain't Special. " my wife took the food and rejected the " assistant manager's food. The employee was white and so is my wife. I personally believe he is a racist bigot in my opinion and is using his " authority " to be mean, nasty, inconsiderate and abusive. As long as this boy is working there we will not go there as patrons anymore. How about screaming at employees in front of a customer (s) and using disrespectful language and tone to both? I am glad I was not there as I do Not put up with mouthy disrespectful " people " like that nowhere, no time. Screw ghetto Hardeez. Unfortunately now the managers are telling their employees not to serve or make to order fresh as the customer requests. I would highly suggest that the OWNER look into his raggedy managers who have BAD attitudes towards employees and customers who think the store and not the customers are right. It must be owned by another New Yorker who...

We stopped in to this Hardee's for lunch on a weekday in August 2023. They were not busy as it was after the lunch hour. They seemed under staffed. So it took a little bit to order and get our food. We had to wait while a women who just went through the drive through window, brought in a chicken sandwich, that was wrong. That didn't give me the best feeling. Anyway, we ordered our food. We were never asked if it was to go or eat in. We were then told that they would bring it out to us. We did plan on eating in, but I guess we had no choice. We could not get a soft drink, because both soda fountains were broken and leaking all over. So they got us a drink from the drive through window area, soda fountain. They had to do, what they had to do. So I will not fault them for that. We were never given a receipt, so we were not sure what to do. Since she told us they would bring it out, we figured to sit and wait for our tray to be delivered. But we had no way of identifying ourselves. I guess only having one table other than us would make it easier. So we sat an waited for our food to come out. That's when I looked around and noticed that this Hardee's could use some maintenance. Some of the seat cushions were cracked and tearing, needed replacement. The restaurant itself was not filthy, but could use more attention. Although being just after lunch, they may not have yet had time to give everything a once over. The rest rooms were similar. Not filthy, but needed some attention. They brought out our food in a to go bag. I'm not sure if this is normal, or if they made it to go. Either way, it was confusing to us. The food was okay, but nothing to rave about (to be nice). All in all, this Hardee's wasn't the best. But it wasn't the worst either. Maybe with a little attention, it could be...

Oh yeah Hardee's they've got one of the best burgers ever and to me that's the Frisco burger. So I stopped in there today on my way back from The villages VA I was coming from picking up a prescription. The burger was fresh it was hot the customer service was great as usual. I've never gotten bad customer service from a Hardee's. I've always gotten hot food I've never once had to return any food for it being cold. I just want to thank you all because when we've had a long day even before lunch time going to a place to eat and your food is hot and you get it quickly and you get great customer service that makes a difference in a person's life. Everything we do makes a difference in people's lives. So I think the Hardee's customer service Representatives for always keeping up their game. And thank you again for all the hot food and the great smile. I am definitely going to recommend Wendy's whether you're just traveling through Ocala Florida or you live locally. You can't beat hot food after a long morning and you can't be a great smile added to that. Thank you all you know...
