I work as a senior manager for a high paced deli and I am not the person who complains about small mishaps because I work in the food industry and I understand that mistakes happen. I worked a double today and I wanted a burger from Checkers. Five other fast food choices but my family chose Checkers. Preparing a large order that consist of multiple items and requests should not only be double checked by the packer it should be verified by the MIC. (Manager in charge). Triple checking an 80$ order takes two minutes and guarantees guest satisfaction. My dasher (while waiting for my order to be completed) reassured me via text ..sauces for our nuggets along with my request for ketchup and mayo were placed inside the bags...zero condiments were added to my order. My family and I spent 80.00 to be disappointed and hungry My burger wasn't in the food bags when it was delivered by door dash. BBQ bacon ...my medium vanilla milkshake was so runny and melted I couldn't drink it. Warm when I sipped it. So I went for my fries and everyones fries were limp,cold,greasy. So I didn't get anything for dinner. Disappointed.

Seems my negitive experience was not a concern and only certain negitive reviews received requests "to reach out ....SO the issues can be resolved ti insure guest satisfaction. Read moreI won’t even give this place a one star! I went there tonight, ordered my food at 9:22 pm. No cars, no line, was asked to park & wait for my wings. They then parked another car after me. I waited for 10-15 mins just to watch them bring MY food to the second car they parked, give it to the customer, then walk away. I watched this customer OPEN! My food, realize it was there call the lady (who happened to be a shift manager) back over, to tell her it wasn’t there food, hand it back to her. She walked over to my vehicle, practically throws it through my window & says “I asked them if they had boneless wings, they opened it but didn’t touch it, here’s your food” NEVER ONCE DID SHE OFFER TO REMAKE MY FOOD! She walked away, I got out, went to the window, only to catch more attitude from this shift manager about what just happened! & then she says to me “what?! You want me to remake your food?” I simply asked her how she would feel if t was her food, she rolled her eyes at me, started running her mouth about the situation & cussing. I asked for my money back & the managers information so I could contact her about it, she was again rude about it. The other shift manager had to come help because she wouldn’t stop yelling & cussing. She then started cussing & yelling at her co-worker. Waited 10 minutes for the milkshakes, no problem, but one had orange soda or something in it (was supposed to be strawberry banana). The other was supposed to be chocolate banana, but was just chocolate. They did not give us the sundae. We kept the chocolate milkshake without complaint but asked them to remake the other one. Waited 20 minutes in a parking spot, no one came. Walked up to the window, waited another 15 minutes at least before being told they couldn’t remake the milkshake because they turned the machines off already, and the sundae had been sitting on the counter the entire time. It was completely melted, was basically a cup of strawberry chunky milk. Mind you this location doesn’t close until 2am. I know late nights aren’t a fun shift, but come on.
