The employees were great. All good sense of humor, and very respectful. The manager in the background cannot have the same said of her. She was literally yelling at the others on a persistent basis. Not just acting upset, but more insulting their intelligence. They brushed it off, as they were all doing their job, including waiting on her to finish a drive-thru order and her openly saying that she doesn't care about drive-thru times. One employee jokingly said, "better be careful, or I might have to write you up," to her. She didn't respond. I asked an employee if this was "normal" for her, and both the one I was talking to and another nearby said, "Oooh yes." I told them that at least they handle it well, and that they had a good sense of humor. One said something like, "It's not always easy."
Perhaps a good a talking-to from Corporate (or the owner if it's a franchise - I really don't know) could settle her down, as her outbursts and frustration didn't seem at all called for, as watching the employees work, nothing they did, so far as I saw, warranted her fierceness. Great food, though! But the employees made it seem like this was a regular thing, so maybe a quick talk from a higher-up could help her...
   Read moreWent through the drive-thru and the lady at the register said she had messed up my order so she would finish it when I pulled around. They were quite busy so it was a little wait to place order and get to window to finish it, and I totally understand that. So I get to the window and she starts finishing my order, and all I can hear in the background is someone, whom i assume to be the manager, yelling about adding stuff at the window. The cashier even tried explaining to her that she messed up but the manager just kept yelling about it. So I get home and start getting food out for my family and they had forgotten my onion rings and jalapeno poppers. Normally I dont like to write reviews, especially bad ones, but the last couple times there have been mistakes. The last time they were really slow, me being the only car there, and all 3 of my whoppers were made incorrectly. I'm not going to say i won't ever go back there, cuz i do love Burger King and i will still go back, but maybe they just need to take a look at their employees and find out whether this is a performance or a training issue and act appropriately.    Read moreI am writing to formally express my frustration with the consistent lack of quality control and attention to customer requests. This Burger King On multiple occasions, I have requested a light amount of condimentsâspecifically mayonnaiseâonly to receive sandwiches that are heavily loaded with it.
Even after bringing these mistakes to the staffâs attention, the replacement orders are often just as incorrect. It appears that team members either arenât reading the order modifications or are not being trained properly on how to fulfill custom requests.
I have spoken with the on-site managers several times, yet the same issues continue. This suggests either a lack of accountability or a breakdown in training and communication at this location.
I hope this feedback prompts a thorough review of this restaurantâs operations. As a long-time customer, I would appreciate a response and, more importantly, a resolution to ensure better service...
