I placed an online order for the subway on Abshier Blvd in Belleview, FL today Sunday 4/19/20 at 12:15 pm. I received a confirmation that the order would be ready for pickup at 12:50 pm. I arrived at 1:05 and there was absolutely no one in the place except two workers sitting talking. Told them we had an online order and my name. They said we haven’t received an online order. Showed them the confirmation on my phone and the young man said “Oh there it is I see it now we will prepare it real quick. There was 2 salads and 4 foot long sandwiches. We left and picked up drinkers across the street at McDonalds and drove right back over to subway and still no one in the place but the food was ready. We get home and there is NO salad dressings for the salads as requested and a total of 2 pickles on one of the salads and extra pickles was requested. Such poor customer service. If there was a line of customers like some of the other places then I could understand but absolutely no customers for a total of approximately 20 minutes and things still were not correct. Read moreI come to subway every week and I purchase the same subs. I dealt with Madeline apparently a new manager comes to find out. I ordered online who she then snatched the order out of my hands which I didn’t know I opened the wrong order (the order had three of the same sandwiches) it was truly an accident as a customer I told them and Madeline ripped it from me rudely and abruptly from me. She then smartly said rude remarks to me that she’s done and frustrated she then said “I just started running this store” since I told this worker she was having an attitude problem.
She does NOT need to be running this store I’ve been coming here for 8 years and I HAVE never complained. She was terrible rude and very very very poor to the customer experience. I cannot even believe I still tipped.

Read moreI placed an online order and went inside to pick it up...I ordered 2 tuna fish subs on wheat bread for my husband to eat after he got off work at 10PM and the other the next day for lunch...when he got home and ready to eat his tuna fish sub that he was expecting...it was a cold cut on Italian herbs and cheese bread ( which he hates..so he ended up throwing his entire sub away) I called subway and the young guy on the phone was extremely rude to me and told me that I had come that night (10:45) for him to make another one...when I explained that it was late and we couldnt come up there tonight...he hung up on me....instead of offering for us to come up there the next day to make it right...I feel if I am a paying customer..he should have offered for us to come the next day instead if hanging up on me...Subway just lost a good customer...if thats how they treat their customers...I want no part of...
