PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE! YOU WILL GET SICK AFTER EATING THE FOOD! EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Our usual spot for Chinese was closed so we decided to try this place. When the delivery driver arrived he refused to give us the order stating we did not pay because he was not given a receipt. He held the order while we called the restaurant to confirm the payment was received. The woman who initially took our order and the payment for the order then demanded that we tip the driver. I refused and the driver left. After we ate the food and went to bed our stomach told us we did not have good food. My 10yr old has been running from both ends all day. ordering here is like rolling the dice, iv been eating here for years but lately its been going down hill. before my complaints i will say the food is great when done right. services is a diff story, the phone people cant understand what there being told half the time. if they are busy dont get delivery if u dont have to. the last time i ordered at 9pm, food didnt get here till 1030 (not the first time its taken over a hr to deliver but they didnt even give a time est when i ordered), the driver explained he was the only driver, that they sent home the "rush" driver home at 630. the driver took a few bucks off the order but im betting it came out his pocket. this place would be great if they were focused on customer service more than there...

ordered 2 different dishes. went to pick up. both dishes looked exactly alike and were not marked. both dishes were so sweet i felt someone had poured pancake syrup on the half cooked chicken. both were listed as spicy. the delivery lady called me to tell me she had found my debit card on floor....so i was very thankful for that assistance but whe i presented the dissatisfaction with the meals, she said oh yo didn't know what you wanted? yes i did and i did not receive. i have patronized this establishment for years but i am finished if everything is the same why have a menu? why describe dishes that are all going to be the same in the end? i was offered no refund or replacement. could not even...
