I ordered a pizza on line so I could pick it up on my way home from work on a Friday evening. When I arrived there was a long line waiting at the counter. After about 10 minutes I got to the counter and paid for my pizza. I was told it would be ready in 3 minutes. It wasn't. Then I heard a man in the kitchen yell that the current wait time for carryout was 1 1/2 hours. At one point I was told it was coming, but it was pizza #177 and I was #188. Then the server waiting the dining room offered to check on it for me. She took my receipt and walked to the back and I never saw her or my receipt again. 45 minutes after I arrived, I did get a pizza. It was supposed to have black olives only on one half, but had black olives all over. The staff apologized profusely and offered to remake it, but I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes. They offered me a $10 credit for the next time, but I don't plan to order here again. The dining room was not crowded so there was no delay for those eating in except getting to the counter to pay. The pizza was good - the quality and taste as expected at Pizza Hut. The rating is purely for the service being so slow, the system so unorganized and the lack of transparency/honesty. An honest treatment of customers would be to tell the truth before taking their money. Had I known the reality of the situation, I would have cancelled my order and chosen not to wait. And I likely would have ordered another time because the location is convenient on my commute home. Management needs to ask themselves: Was it worth getting my dollar today at the expense of never getting another dollar from me in the future? A good business recognizes the need to value their customers and build...

Ordered a P'Zone, 8 boneless wings and a 20 oz diet Mt. Dew online for pickup. Pretty simple, right? Wrong! The checkout screen said it would be ready in 10-20 minutes. So after 15 minutes, I drove up there. I was greeted immediately and paid for my order. Then I wait. And wait. And wait. Finally, the cashier came to the window and asked me which pizza I had. First off, I didn't order a pizza. Second, you have the order that was sent to your store so why are you asking me what I ordered? So, after I told her, I got to sit and wait another 10 minutes for them to make it. When it's done, they handed it out the window and said have a nice day. The only problem: my wings and drink were still missing. So I told her I still need my wings and drink and she said she'll go check. So then I wait another 10 minutes. She then comes to the window and says they misplaced the wings and that they would have to make a fresh batch. Ok, whatever you say. 10 minutes go by, she comes to the window and says they are all out of diet Mt. Dew. Extremely ticked at this point and close to saying f* it and asking for a refund, I grit my teeth and say I'll take a diet Pepsi instead. 5 more minutes go by and the wings and drink finally come out to me. The wings are good but there are two issues I face now... My P'Zone is now cold and the soda they gave me was never refrigerated. It was warm.
Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this...
Read moreI got my pizza 2 hours after ordering plus leaving an electronic driver tip. i originally placed my order online and realized i wrote Apt 11 instead of 1. I called to get it changed and they told me they fixed it. I called back saying my pizza hasnât arrived after 2 hours. A worker tells me that the driver handed it directly to me. I said i donât have any pizza so no she didnât. I told him it may have been delivered to 11, the one i switched it from. He says he switched the apartment from 1 to 11 like I requested. I assured him It was the other way around. So now as iâm walking upstairs to confront my neighbors if they took a pizza they didnât pay for, the worker says the driver said she left it at the door as requested and took the cash tip off the door. I told him how when i left an electronic tip when i placed my order? How when the apartment you left my pizza at didnât even order pizza? Why would there be a tip on their door ?Also, sheâs switching her story up. Did she hand it directly to the person or leave it at the door?! Nonetheless, I grabbed my pizza from my neighbors door and called it a day. My pizza was cold and nasty, even after heating it up. I would remove my driver tip if I could. All she did was argue instead of trying to understand what could...
