What started off as a nice gesture turned out to be a complete disaster. So I placed an order for myself and 4 co workers, which seems like no big deal until it was time to pay. Initially I spoke with Shane, and I explained that I had 5 orders and 3 were paying with a credit card. He seemed to understand and proceed to take the order, however we only got through the first order which was toasted ravioli and then he says hold on. So, I'm patiently holding then Johnny comes on the line to complete the orders. So after all orders have been placed I asked was he ready for the credit cards and he replies he can only take one. I then explain that I told Shane we had three credit cards and Johnny's response was it would all have to go on one card and everyone pay that person back. I said no one wants $64.88 billed on their card when we each have our own money to pay and it shouldn't be this complicated. He insisted that he didn't have a way for us to pay separately, so I said well I'll come and pick it up. Upon my arrival he states he still can't separate the orders and it would have to paid on one card and by now I'm in udder disbelief. Here we are in 2018 damn near 2019 and you can't split tender and order. So he calls someone on the phone who was of no assistance only made the situation worst by saying the orders have to be paid for on one card. I told him I just want a refund because this a complete waste of time and we will never order from them again. He offered no apology or alternative of solution considering the inconvenience. Reluctantly, he gives me a refund. I return to the office and receive a call from Khalid Shah who identified himself as the owner, he started the conversation with an apology but then it went right off the cliff from there. He acknowledges that my company orders from the frequently but if we're going to pay with more than one card to hang up and call back for each order. Read moreMy wife and I were headed out to eat and ended up behind an obviously impaired driver. She had caused multiple oncoming vehicles to take the shoulder to avoid hitting her head on. We called the local police department as we followed her and video her driving. Turns out.. she was a delivery driver for Pizza World in Belleville. I went in to inform the manager and tried to show him the video of his employee driving. He became irate and ordered me out of the store. Flat told me if I had a problem call the police. I informed him they were already on the way and asked him not to allow her to drive again. He shook his finger in my face and again ordered me to leave. He then allowed her to leave with another order. The police arrived.. watched the video and waited for her to return. After a search of her vehicle she was immediately arrested on multiple charges. The staff are awesome and the husband wife owner team are a truly great couple, Joel is awesome, when you see the owner working at his own business, you should be confident that things are being done right.
