If I could give a negative review I would. Not only did the employees have a disgusting attitude- but their actions were doubly so. We placed an order for drive thru pick up. When we got to the speaker we were informed they were not doing anything through the drive thru. We said we just have a mobile order. Girl #1 then snipped "and you can come inside for it". We go inside and I informed them again I had a mobile order. Girl #2 said rudely "ok well uh imma get her first" a lady who came in after us.....ok cool fine ill wait a second. Girl 2 finally looked it up and told us they didn't have the taco fries we ordered. I asked what they could do about it and she said we could substitute it for something else. Alright we opted for another taco. Then 3 people got their cups right when they walked up. I went and asked for my cup and Girl 1 just laughed "haha oh yea I was just getting to that". She wasn't. We finally get our food. We go to the car and start unpacking our food. Then my husband pulls out 2 USED RUBBER GLOVES thay were thrown in our bag. We immediately put all the food back and he goes back in to get it made right. According to him he informed them about the gloves, they were unphased and did not apologized. They questioned where our receipt was and what we ordered. After he told girl 1 I had it she looes it up on the computer. Took it to girl #2 seemingly to get it remade. Then girl 1 said she's going to refund you. Girl 2 finally refunded the money. Again with no apology no explanation no remorse. Then my husband stood there for the remake of the food because they had put the ticket on the line. After 5 more minutes girl 1 said to girl 2 that he is still standing there. Girl 1 then asked is there something you needed. He asked if they were remaking the food, girl 1 rudely told him theu were not and didn't acknowledge him anymore. I am absolutely calling corporate and hope they loose their jobs. There is no reason we should have had someone's nasty gloves in our bag. That was...
Read moreAbsolutely the most horrible experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I used the Taco Bell app to make this purchase. Everything was fine until I pulled up to the window. The man at the window asked for my name I told him and he verified my order. He then asked me to pull forward. I though though was strange, considering it was an online order... the whole point of an online order is its ready when you pull up to the drive through. Anyways I complied which was a huge mistake. I pulled around to the front of the building like I was asked to. I waited... and I waited and I waited. 7 cars had went through the drive through and got their food. I then called the store. No answer of course. So my only option was to go back in line and wait another 20 minutes. So I did. I then got to the window again telling the man they never brought out my food. He then told me I quote " she brought it out but she said you drove away." Yeah im going to drive away without my $20 worth of food I just bought. I told them I waited 20 minutes in the front and no one came out so I went back through the drive through. They then proceeded to hand me the original bag of food I had ordered at 10:41. It was now 11:30. I asked them of this was the same bag or they remade the food. They looked at me like they saw a damn ghost? She finally looked towards the cooks and asked them to remake the order. Gee thanks that was so kind of you. I finally got my order. After another 20 minutes of waiting in line and then 10 minutes at the window. Didn't receive any sauce I ordered or napkins. This was just the most frustrating, horrible experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. And the way the employees treated me was absolutely uncalled for. I was very nice the entire time never got upset or mad but they made me feel like this was my fault. Which it clearly wasn't. I will never go back to this location again....

They were taking care of a customer who must’ve had her order wrong because she drove straight up to the window. She seemed pretty mad because I saw her circle through then stop at the last window. I finally said hello and a gentleman came on. All I got was “hello”. Nothing after so I proceeded to order. After the order I sat…. Not “will that be all” or “pull up to the window…NOTHING! I finally pull around and drive to the 1st window and then just say…gave it a while then just pulled forward. At the window he told me my total and that’s it. I made the remark in the Regards of the lack of communication and his answer was “I was taking care of a customer” I paid , he opened The window handed me the bag and close the window. I looked in the bag and was short a taco. I finally opened the window and looked at me. I told him I was missing a taco and he said “you ordered 3 tacos. I ordered 4. Then he said “well when I asked if the order on the screen was correct you said YES” . Sir, you never even asked me if my order was correct. Then a manager came up and he told her “she’s saying she ordered another taco but she I asked if her order was correct she said yes” 1st off that’s not how customer service works.. secondly if you where busy you should have vocalized that instead of leaving me hanging. I try to be a Compassionate person, people go through things which could lead up to having a bad attitude, but as soon as you notice you’re in the wrong, correct it.
