Decided to give this spot a try. Was not disappointed at all. The location is very nice, very big inside. It was a somewhat different style for me. You walk up to the counter and place your order. After your order is completed, you're giving a number. Didn't have to wait to long for my food at all. Prices were very reasonable. Their pizzas looked delicious. Will be back on Tuesdays to check out the specials on pizza. I ended up ordering a burger and fries. Was under 7 dollars. The good was good. The burger had seasoning and flavor! Will definitely stop back in again and bring the whole family. Update came back with the family. Tried quite a few more things on the menu. I'm not a big fan of the sweet potato fries, just a bit soggy for my liking. The onion rings were very delicious and a favorite for sure. Aldo tried the fried chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. Was tender and juicy and fried to perfection. The chicken quesadila wasn't that good. The chicken was somewhat bland. The mozzarella sticks were on point. The boneless chicken wings were a big hit when paired with ranch. However, the star of this get-together was the pizza. It's absolutely perfect. Thin crust deliciousesness. Tuesdays are a great deal for 8 bucks. New to the area what find, a diamond in the rough.

Cutter's is the place to go for cheap food and drinks. The service runs similarly to a fish fry- order at the counter, take your ticket, and listen for your number. While waiting for some of the lowest priced food in town, you can make your way to the bar- which has one of the largest wooden bar backs I've ever seen! It's massive. The food isn't special, but it's so cheap and does the job. It's a good place to go when you just need to eat and are looking to enjoy drinks with friends, as they serve beer by the bucket.

They have really good food, and their prices are not bad. We came on a Sunday night. We did not know it was pizza night. On Sunday and Tuesday you can order a large pizza (16 inch) with any toppings...we got supreme with every topping but green peppers. Their chef salad was very good also, so was the cheeseburger, the onion rings, and the mushrooms. We will definitely be going back!!

I don’t typically like to share bad experiences I’ve had with businesses because usually I just brush it off. Having worked in the industry before and realize that mistakes happen. However, I was truly amazed how Cutter’s management treat their customers.

Last night my wife had arranged a dinner with some of our close friends for a birthday celebration. We had thought that Cutters would be a great choice considering we frequent there often and would be able to accommodate a larger group.

My wife and I showed up by ourselves about an hour earlier than the rest of the group to try and secure seating. We were lucky to get a large table with it being busy as it was. We decided to go and place a food order at about 6:15. A couple cheese burgers and some appetizers, nothing fancy.

Shortly after most of the group was showing up and ordering some drinks. As nasty as it is to admit, I am a smoker and will occasionally step out to have a smoke. Here’s where things started to get interesting. As I was smoking, I was told by an older gentleman (who was less than gentleman like) working the front door that I had two minutes to get back inside otherwise I would be responsible for paying a $5 cover, even after I had already ordered food and yet to receive it.

No biggie, went back inside to inform the others of the cover charge. At about 7:35 we still had not heard our number called for our dinner over the intercom yet. Once again, no biggie, as we weren’t in any rush and had planned on hanging out for a little while after dinner. The table that was directly behind us had a large group as well, about 15-20 adults, some of which brought their children, about 5 of them sitting roughly 4 feet away from the larger group at a “kid table”. I was pretty impressed with the children as they were very well behaved and not causing a scene of any kind. In fact, I was impressed that they were all playing a friendly game of UNO, and not staring into a phone or tablet. The group had actually been sitting at their table longer than ours and had not gotten their food yet, I estimate about a 2 hour wait for them.

The same “Gentleman” working the front door walked over to the kids table, to a group of 8 year olds, and demanded they put the UNO game away and that they need to leave soon, as if they had any control over how long their dinner was taking. This completely rub me the wrong way, this made the kids visibly upset and one actually was in tears, not knowing what wrong he had done. What kind of family restaurant treats a family this way? I was in awe, who does this man think he is talkng to children in such a way. Making zero attempt in talking to the patents first that were only a couple feet away?

The door man successfully was able to upset not only the other group and the kids, but our group as well. We decided that we did not want to contribute or support an establishment that condones such behavior. Especially from a man/employee that I’m told is the owners “right hand man”.

I will never give Cutters my business again, and would caution anyone looking to bring their...

I've lived down the road over 20yrs. Never had a particularly good experience here so I quit going. My friends band has been playing up there so I've recently gone to hear them twice. The first time we ordered a good amount of food costing ~$50. The cook had scabs all over his arms.. Yuck. My taco salad smelled funny. I took a few bites because I was super hungry but I couldn't eat it. It was rancid. My stomach got upset. Fried mushrooms were decent. My son got boneless wings because they were out of regular wings. Those & his french fries were severely overcooked. My boyfriend also got overcooked boneless wings. We spent $7 on 6 little half dollar sized jalapeno poppers.. over $1 each for a tiny poppers? What a rip off! Both visits we were given expired Miller lite! Expired beer.. at a bar.. seriously?!?! We switched to whiskey. I am genuinely amazed that Cutters is still open. It's an awesome location with plenty of space, an epic old school wood bar, a great stage, & a big dance floor buuut the food is terrible & the beer is expired. Music was fantastic as usual. I will only go back to hear my friends band. I won't waste my money on gross food or old beer.

About a decade ago my son was yelled at by the bartender for bringing in his water bottle. We had just left his flag football game. My little sister went to the bar, bought us 3 bottles of water, & tipped the bartender $5 to shut her up. The old hag bartender literally yelled at us saying they obviously don't make any money off the food. So we gave her the hand out she was itching for.

Another time my son was yelled at for playing the foosball table he had played many times before.

Yelling at customers is unacceptable.

This place could be sooo much better. Generally disappointed by everything except...

Our Belleville Class of '83 Reunion was scheduled to be at Cutters on Saturday, October 7th. They were aware that we were coming. Last Reunion was at Silver Creek and they accommodated our large class then with excellence. This year they were closed so it was changed to Cutters Bar and Grill. Cutters had been around for many years and always had great food. After the class arrived there was a note on the door "kitchen not open." We then asked if there would be heat lamps on the patio, the answer was no. We then asked about music since there were speakers outside, we were informed that it was not an option. So in having this event there we were not accommodated with food to buy and eat. So some had pizza delivery and some went down the street to A & W. We asked about plugging in the Juke Box for music and dancing but we were told that the cord was cut. The drinks were pricey and watered down. And we still paid our money for drinks with not having accommodations. On top of that they had "The Belleville East Class of 1983" running across their bilboard. So if you knew you would be short of help and could not accommodate a large crowd that you knew was coming why wasn't a phone call made to whomever our people were that organized our Class Reunion. We all could have stayed at the Chilli Cook Off to eat, have better drinks and music. This was unexceptable how Cutters Bar and Grill accommodated The Belleville East Alumni Class of 1983. It's understood that lots of places are short of help. Cutters Bar and Grill had plenty enough time in advance to make sure they would accommodate their Belleville customers. Extremely appalled how we received lack of accommodations for our special event. There is no thanks at all to Cutters Bar and Grill. (should have had a...
