Do not order their chicken quesadilla, I wish I'd taken a picture of mine. I don't even have qualms with it, I recognize filing for such items is pre-portioned, and corporate leaves it up to overworked, underpaid people to deal with the fall out, but it was 85% empty, and rather unappetizing. I brought it to the counter just to show them and order something else instead, it was appropriately and wonderfully handled by Rikki, sadly Rikki involved her shiftlead Rose, and went downhill from there. She was confrontational immediately, not really listening to what I wanted to order instead, and threw the quesadilla in the trash without offering a refund, then just walked off leaving her staff to deal with it. Rikki corrected my new order and kindly offered me a refund for the quesadilla, and even offered to retrieve it from the trash for me. Of course I declined, no regular employee should be digging through the trash over her shiftleader's foul attitude. I returned to my meal, and upon finishing it, ordered $32 worth more food to take home. It was Rose who rang me out and brought the food to me. Given it is a rainy day today I asked if I could please have a plastic bag, she told me that's not possible, it's for big orders only (meanwhile I'm over $50 worth of orders deep). I asked if it'd be alright to purchase one then, she said she has no way to do that. At this point I read her name of her shirt and said "Ms Rose, I'm not sure what I've done to you, but may I please have the number to corporate?" She told me they're independently owned, so I asked for the number of the franchisee, she declined to give that to me, then went to get me a plastic bag, which she made sure to ball up before tossing it at my hands. It was an absolutely terrible experience just...
Read moreI had the WORST experience 12/30/21!!! I went to the drive thru to order around 9:50pm. The person taking orders says” I’m sorry, but we are closed “due to them shutting down register or kitchen. I was surprised so I asked what time do they close? He proceeds to tell me 10 pm. I responded by saying, technically you should still be taking orders until 10pm then right? His response was, “Ugh, I guess”. I immediately said nevermind I’ll be speaking with the manager. He says , “Ok” real sarcastically. I pull to the window to blow my horn and a gentleman comes. I ask who the manager and he tells me he is a manager. He offers to make my order, but I decline because no one wants rude servers to prepare their food. I asked for the name of his employee who is working drive thru, he doesn’t want to tell me , says he doesn’t know since he’s a new employee. I ask his age (16). Asked if he allows his employees to talk to customers that way. Claims he didn’t hear even though they’re feet away from each other. He provided me store managers info. I told him his employee was a piece of s$&t. He then says,” F&$k you, my name is Jeremiah, you can tell the manager what you want, I’m just going to let them know you were being rude”. I was SPEECHLESS!! I drove off. Saw another vehicle pull in as I was leaving. Went to a neighboring restaurant, had to drive back past and noticed they served that vehicle. The utter disrespect made me so angry. I went to speak with the store manager in person the following day. Cory was extremely nice and willing to listen to me. He was very shocked yet apologetic for the behavior of his shift manager Jeremiah. The store owner should be made aware of their employees closing the store early and not offering respect and care to their willful...
Read moreI experienced the worst customer service at this location on 9/19/24. I was the only car in the drive thru between 8-8:10pm. Another car pulled up right behind me shortly after. No customers inside the restaurant. The minute I pulled up the server stated, “We are on our break and not taking orders can you come back later?” I asked her to repeat it because it was absurd, she obliged. I stated this is a fast food establishment, why would I need to come back. She proceeded to tell me there were only 2 of them working and had been working all day. I then asked if the store owner or manager knew you were turning away paying customers, how would that affect your job? I saw her get up from the lobby and proceed to walk back toward the kitchen. I then drove off. Shortly after, the car behind me did as well without ordering. I would never eat at an establishment who doesn’t value my business. This was absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable. There should be more training and consideration put back into this industry. This was complete disregard for the very individuals that keep you in business. That young lady does not appreciate her job...
