I don’t do this but I have time today. Ordered a medium 2 topping. It was on time; delivery guy left and when I opened the box I found the pizza was burnt. I threw it away and left the house. I called while driving and spoke with the lady who answered the phone. I let her know what happened and she gave the phone to Ben. I let him know what happened and he then informed me I had to ‘swap it out’. I don’t read ‘swap it out’ on any website , receipt; anything. I asked if I could come by tomorrow and get a refund and of course that was the ‘swap it out’ procedure came up. So as a patron I would have followed ‘procedure’ if I knew I had to save the burnt pizza which I’m sure they have use for. I was excited to get it as I’d heard good things and where I’m stationed in the military there’s no Imo’s. Horrible. Just wanted to let everyone know about the ‘swap it out’ clause at Imo’s so they know to save the messed up pizza...
Read morePlaced an order by phone at about 9:15 p.m. today for a heated ham and cheese no dressings, 8 toasted ravioli and a heated Turkey club with all dressings. I paid $22.00 dollars and was satisfied with all except my heated Turkey Club. It was cold, dry, meat was a little mushy and no mayonnaise. I couldn't eat it. It didn't taste like a Turkey Club so I telephoned and of course they were closed but I explained the issues with my Heated Turkey Club and the lady said there should have been mayonnaise in the bag but it wasn't, I said I was disappointed with the sandwhich it didn't meet my expectations. She said sorry and left it at that. I won't go back to that location. I at least expected her to say bring the sandwich back tomorrow and it would be made the way I expected...
Read moreSo we ordered 2 pizzas from this place. One was with pork and the other without. I am Muslim and don't eat pork. And we clearly told the workers that the second pizza can not contain any pork products. However they messed up the order anyway. When we called back they refused to work with us to fulfill the correct order. They wanted us to drive me 20 mins to return their mistake in order to get a new pizza. Even though this was a result of their own negligence. One of the worker pretended to be the manager until the actual manager got on the phone. He was super rude and unhelpful. I've never experienced so much disrespect and poor customer service in my life. The manager said it was the owners policy. Must be a horrible owner. Never again will order from this...
