Waited in the drive thru 25 minutes. I’ve only been to Jimmy John’s a couple times and I don’t know “the rules” but I ordered a slim turkey (just bread and turkey) with added avocado spread and lettuce. She asked if I wanted cheese and I said no. Finally got to the window and was handed a sandwich with turkey lettuce tomato and cheese. I went inside to have them remake it because I wasn’t going to wait another 25 minutes or more. The girl at the counter said that they can’t add anything on a slim. She said this about 3 times as if though this was the magical answer to the problem. Clearly the issue is the girl in the drive through taking orders doesn’t know that to tell people ordering.. So tell her :) not me. K thanks ;). Also, the sandwich is still made wrong if I ordered it the “correct” way she said, there is no avocado and I asked for no cheese… Then she said we can remake it but it’s going to be awhile and glanced over at the more then a handful of customers waiting. I already did my over share of waiting. They also weren’t understaffed there were at least 7 people behind the counter. I had to walk out there was to much ignorance. By the way I have my 5 month old in the car seat holder which she could clearly see. I don’t have an hour to wait for a piece of bread with three things on it obviously. Freaky fast my a$$. $10 in the trash. I’ll stick with Subway, they can make sandwiches faster with 2 or 3 workers, even their establishments with...
Read moreWOW. Unimpressed. Came here two times. First time they are trying to pitch a online pickup order that its 20% off. Then stating that the in store experience is going away. So if I am come in and sit at your restaurant you make me feel as if I am not welcome. then it was repeated many times while we where there to the people wanting to dine in. Second time I come in, I have to deal with screaming metalcore music. Then you don't have all your refreshments set out. So we have to ask the team that works there for a favor getting iced tea. Which seemed like it was pulling teeth. Sit down and eat, blaring music does not stop. Then we get up to leave. Stand at the counter for 5 minutes while what looks like the manager is cutting bread with a disgustingly dirty hat on that you can barely see the Jimmy Johns logo on waiting for another tea refill since it has not been put out for the last 45 minutes while we ate. I asked if he could help and he says "No man can you not see I am busy right now." He could had asked one of his co workers to help out or stopped what he was doing for 20 seconds and got a refill. His professionalism is very subpar. So if you are looking at getting lunch at a nice location with a friendly atmosphere. I would go somewhere else. I was really hoping it was a one time ordeal but it carried on to the second...
Read moreI arrived in the drive thur, after school shopping. I ordered 3 sandwiches a pickle and three bags of chips. A guy opens the window and hands me a bag very haste fully. I realized I did not receive my chips, not being able to reach the window I just waited. The same gentleman came back over and snatched the window open and very anger ly asked me can I get you something else. I said I need my three bags of chips, in disbelief he went to look at the Oder screen I guess and then angry asked me what kind were they. 1 regular 2 salt and vinegar, he handed me 2 regular and 1 salt and vinegar, I handed 1 back and said I needed to 2 salt and vinegar. I then asked if there was a supervisor at this point he is hanging out the window at me and said that, he was the supervisor. I ask his name (Trayvon). I asked if there is a number I can call because this attitude was unnessisary, he said just call up in the morning his general manager would be here. Fact is I love jimmy johns, have for a long time and this is the first time I have ever been treated this way, and it might be my last. I understand being short staffed, rushed and all of those things. To be honest if he just apologized and said he was sorry for the way he addressed me I would have moved on and chalked it up to him...
