Let me start by saying that this is a great concept. That said, on this review I can only give a rating of B minus. Firstly, I ordered from the Panera Bread Website which did not mention that the pick location was not a Panera, so that threw me way off when I arrived at another store to pick up my food.Secondly, while the soup was fine, the sandwich was thrown together very sloppy, and did not come close to looking or tasting like the Panera Frontega chicken sandwich that I order when I go to Panera, and lastly, the Greek Goddess salad had wet wilted lettuce that looked like it was well past it’s use by date. I mean, it’s a salad and the main ingredient is lettuce, so I think you shouldn’t sell a salad if the lettuce is bad. Oh, one more thing… I love Panera awesome bread…and, after all, it is Panera “BREAD”, but, alas, the bread was stale and went in the garbage can with the salad. Incompetence on a whole new level! Ordered from Wingzilla, an available “open” option. Order placed at 1:16pm. Order will be ready 1:36-1:46pm. I arrive 1:36pm, scan my phone, “order being prepared”. Scan again 1:47. “Order delayed”. At 2:19, after standing there for 43 minutes like a clown, I get an email that says “Order has been canceled”. I knock on the window and the girl tells me that Wingzilla has been closed since yesterday, says sorry, and closes the window.. The fact that this facility has been up and running for sometime now, STILL can’t get it together, and has not a care in the world for other’s inconvenience is sad and infuriating. They wasted my time ordering, standing there, and now the time it took me to write this. Hopefully I can save you time, just order from a proven solo...

I ordered via uber eats, this is my second time ordering. The 1st time. The burgers were horrible, extremely overcooked but the chicken sandwiches were good. I gave them a second chance, and left a note about the burgers. Again, they were overcooked, but something told me to smell the patties. When I did so, I realized both burgers were rancid, which is why they keep over cooking them to hide the spoilage. I ordered from Sam's Chicken, come to find out it is one of their 20+ pop up restaurants. I did not eat the burgers, but I ate the other food before my discovery. To make it worse, I'm pregnant. Food poison poses an enormous risk to me as well as my unborn child. After consuming this food I'm full of anxiety, and praying...
