I have to say I was so pleased to find this repair shop. I was in a real quandary because my phone suddenly did not charge. I had a new phone on the way, but there was not enough battery power on my old phone to transfer all of my information over to the new phone.

I do everything on my phone. I shop at many different outlets, and I communicate through text and email with not just family and friends, but with doctors as well.

I would have lost all of my information if not for this wonderful place of repair which understood my urgency and bent over backwards to assist.

I was desperate and the guy fix it not only the same day, but he fixed it quickly. (Within less than 3 hours).

Excellent service and very accommodating. I had a 7th generation iPad with a cracked glass screen. They repaired it flawlessly in less than 2 hours. Also, no other place even came close to their price. The total cost was 35% less than the next closest place in price. It cost less than $100. Most other places quoted a price of $149. The owner is a nice, hard-working, professional guy who charges very reasonable prices. The store has very good hours. I had an issue with my iphone's battery I went to 3 other places and none of them would take a look at it they just wanted to charge me for a new battery even though I knew the battery was good. I came to Velocity and they were able to open my phone and find that the battery connector had come loose. They reconnected it and my phone was back to normal. I was in and out in 15 minutes.I'm grateful for their honesty they could've just tried to sell me a new battery but instead they saved me money with a quick fix.
