Max Smoke — Local services in Belleville

Thought this was a amazing place but after yesterday and today they don't like to be questioned on something that's really important about a product and have the nerve too give an attitude and get all pissed off cause they are in the wrong not anyone ELSE!!! I lost all respect for this store I have been going here for months and months after all the money I spent in this store my whole time going there I will never give this store business again no respect and nothing but lies sorry but you just lost a few great customers! What sucks is that I'm more hurt by the disrespect and unprofessionalism especially after going to max's smoke for over 1yr now! I guess we shouldn't worry about something you buy from there can't be scanned and authenticated especially when it's a vape and all we were asking is to exchange for one that has a sticker on it that you can scan and authenticate and I'm really hurt by the things that were said when I brought this to the owners attention! He told me straight out that they just opened and it was to early to deal with this! That's what you get treated like after spending hundreds of dollars if not a few thousand dollars!!!! Sorry but that is really not right!!!

Just like in a previous post they say they don't sell THC products well that's a lie and no one ever peeled off any stickers and then bring them back so try to make up a better one and a you say that this customer was all lies but yet you state in a post you don't sell THC WELL THATS THE BIGGEST LIE!!! but hey everyone...

The worst customer service I have ever had and I have been there three times. I started going to that store because Max treated me very well the first time I went but the other two guys who work there on two different days have been quite rude and unprofessional. The first bad treatment I had there was with the young boy, he got upset because I asked him if I was next in line and he took a rude attitude when I paid him, I handed the money into his hands and when he gave me the change he shot the Bill to the floor and I had to pick it up and I had the second bad treatment today at 7pm, the guy there did not want to sell me because I was going to give him 5 dollars in coins that is quite humiliating in that first place in all United States in which they do not sell me for paying 5 dollars in coins, for them the coins do not count and it is not money, they should put a sign in front that says that the coins are nothing to them, I felt quite humiliated and discriminated against, I will definitely not buy again there and I hope that one day in your life you won't need 5 dollars because there are many people out there...

This place does not have honest people or honest products. They do not sell THC products but will tell you they do. They are selling counterfeit products. Don't be fooled. The guy unboxed my vape while I had my back turned and threw it in the garbage. When someone does something like that it's because they have something to hide. Don't waste your money here. Go to a real dispensary. Where the products are legit. Dont waste your money you will not get the effect you're looking for. Move on. I am not a competitor just a customer looking for product. Am no rookie and I know these people are scamming you. And how good could they be if I never heard of them before I...
