China Quick — Restaurant in Illinois

Ordered $200 worth of food and gave a $20 tip. Got home all the fried food was cooked in BURNT oil. The orange chicken tasted like burnt molasses. The rice was extremely over cooked like baby food. The lo mein was over saturated with soy sauce.

My partner and I had people over for the Super Bowl LVIII. Ended up ordering pizza delivery.

70% of the food was cooked in burnt oil the remaining 30% was over cooked and over dressed.

I’m trying to understand why the drive thru speaker doesn’t work?

Lastly why do they have cats 😱

Somebody needs to call a health inspector.

My partner is the one who collected the food via drive thru. I was so disappointed I returned it via entry door.

The tall man / owner was beyond rude. He called me a racial slur and said “you people “. Then he got in my face and followed me to my car. He threw my refund at me and said “ don’t come back”. Then he tried to take pictures of my car.

How evil can you be to get in a pregnant woman’s face and harass her to her car. I returned full trays of burnt food back to him.

There is no need to be upset with me, y’all the ones who took our money plus tip and handed my partner burnt, hard, mushy nasty food.

Trust I won’t be back.

Seriously a health inspector needs to visit them 👀

They have a drive-thru where you place your order at a speaker and then pull forward. Well, the speaker is broken. So, there's a sign that says call in to place the order, but I couldn't place my order because I was told to hold on while the person answered another phone and told that person to hold, then another phone rung. So, I'm stuck holding the line while the owner tries to navigate answering the phone and cashing out orders. In the meantime, random strangers are walking in front and behind my car. I don't know if all this foot traffic was from the laundromat that's next to the restaurant, the all-in-one gas/liquor store/convenience store/slot machine gambling hall, or the ton of apartments behind it. I just know I didn't feel comfortable sitting there like a sitting duck. You can't pull out of the drive-thru line because there are these huge wooden logs bordering it. All I can say is that as soon as the car that was in front of me pulled off, I got out of there. After all, I hadn't even placed an order. I certainly wasn't about to wait any longer in...

Horrible food & service. I called to place my order, told me it would be 10 mins and it ended up being 45 minutes before arriving to my residence. When the driver showed up 2 houses DOWN THE STREET from my house, she walks up to my door, hands me the food and says she does not have and change on hand to give back. (My order was $10 worth of food plus delivery & I gave her a $20 bill) she proceeds to tell me that she has change in the car but her car is down the street. Told her that it was fine and if she could please get the change.... she comes back with a handful of nickels & dimes. I tell her never mind & that I will call up to the store. She says nothing and leaves. When I call up to the store to ensure that I was getting my change back, I spoke with the manager and she told me that the driver would bring back my change. I while goes by and I recieve a call back from THE DRIVER YELLING & TRYING TO GO OFF ON ME all becuse she was upset that I called to speak to a manager....
