This was my first time coming in since the change of ownership, and honestly, I wasn’t planning on leaving a review at first. My first bowl of Jjajangmyeon had a piece of metal in it. I had only taken one bite, so I figured mistakes happen. The lady apologized and offered to make me a new batch, and I decided to let it go. However, after another long wait, my second bowl came out and that’s when I was really disappointed. Right away I could tell the portion didn’t look right. The sauce was watery compared to what I was used to, but I thought maybe the noodles were just hidden under it. So I transferred all the noodles into the small plate, and as you can see in the photo, that was all I got. When Han’s ran this place, that same plate would be filled twice over with noodles and I’d still have enough left in the bowl for lunch the next day. Here, I left still hungry. This used to be my go-to spot every weekend. I always left Han’s full and happy. Now, between **metal in the food, long waits, watered-down sauce, and skimpy portions**, this place is unrecognizable. Whatever they’re doing now is a far cry from what it used to be. I came in willing to give the new owners a chance, but after this, I don't see myself returning.

Well worth the drive from the other side of the city into the suburbs for this delicious food. We ordered the sesame chicken and cashew chicken because if a place can f these dishes up then the rest of the food is no good BUT in no way is this food messed up , it was great. Sesame Chicken - the right balance of savory sweet zing with a subtle tang that hits you at the same time sesame flavor does . The chicken is almost perfectly breaded not to thick of a coat and not to thin and good sized chicken Cashew Chicken - almost just the right amount of savory without it being too salty then you get hit with a subtle sweet , then the celery and onion flavor sneaks up on you that only comes from making a aeromatic oil . Once again worth the drive from the other side of town and we have been looking for a new place since Beijing Gate closed down

We called in our order, opting on curbside service. The fast & friendly meal turned out to be extremely generous portions. We tried their #3 Sweet and Sour chicken, fried rice included, adding three sides; kimchee, spring rolls & chicken wings. We enjoyed the s&s chicken, tasty & generous portion. The fried rice feel short of mom's authentic fried rice, with bits of eggs visible but no other tasty ingredients for home cooking. The excess sauces went to good use on the surplus rice. I relished the kimchee, as if I returned to the Republic of South Korea but only in my mind - it's an acquired taste, full of spice! Thanks for the fortune cookie, too.

Best experience at this restaurant! They don't have any dining but they do have take out. I made a phone order and the guy on the phone was super helpful and very thorough. I was able to order the Beef broccoli, chicken chow mein, sesame chicken and another beef plate which I think was called minx beef vegetable. When I had parked, they already knew it was me since they took down the color and make of my car when i made the order. As I was walking towards the restaurant the employee had stopped me with my order already in hand! His name was Andrew and he had to be the most professional server i had ever met for a curbside atmosphere pick up. I was able to just put it in my car and pay him there. He was kind enough to ask me if I wanted something to drink and gave me a pop! That is such great customer service because I had a long drive ahead of me to take it to the rest of the crew I was working with. We are all gonna order from here if we're ever in the area for work. Also the crew was so impressed with the presentation and well bagged with utensils and extra sauces. Soooooo thorough!! I would have to say that the best part of this experience was that usually when I eat Chinese food I get a headache a few hours later because of the MSG that's in it.. This place does not use too much MSG or not any MSG at all yet all! I didn't feel super thirsty after we ate and I didn't get a headache until now and it's been Hours later! I think I finally found a place here in Omaha Nebraska that when I eat Chinese food it doesn't ruin the rest of my day!! The customer service, friendliness quality of food and just everything all around was absolutely amazing!! They really got it down down! Wish I took some photos of our dishes that we got. But I will definitely be here again to order more and add...

Update 3/25/22: for the second year in a row Hans helped us feed the staff at our school for Staff Appreciation week. Going into this year I knew they would be amazing to work with. Yet, they somehow managed to exceed those expectations once again! Food was still incredible and loved by all! On top of their mouth watering food, the owners had special cookies made for the entire staff, along with a handwritten note. They also made sure I went home with some delicious appetizers and a couple cookies myself! I love to support small businesses. However, I really love to support small businesses with owners that are incredibly thoughtful, generous, and just all around good people. Very thankful they are part of my community.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Hans Golden Dragon in Bellevue.  I set out to find a place that could do close to 50 individually boxed meals within my budget for staff appreciation at our school.  They were able to create a smaller menu the staff could choose from, customize the orders to their liking, individually box sides to go with the meals, numbered the meals to know who got which items, provided silverware, and sauces!  They even emailed me to make sure the large boxes they were going to pack everything into would fit in my car, and loaded everything up for me!!  The staff loved the food, and were excited to be treated.  Customer service was 5 stars from the beginning of the prices to the end.  They will be at the top of my list for any and all future events both personally and for catering!!  If you haven't had the opportunity to try them, go check them out!  Currently they are only doing takeout, so plan...
