EDIT 3/27/21: I ordered an Italian Salad. The salami and the ham were not cut at all. Just thrown in there. There was no cheese, despite that being one of the listed toppings. The croutons had obviously been in with the lettuce all day, as they were starting to get mushy, and the lettuce tasted like the croutons. If I would have known I had to make my own salad, I would have just gone across the street to Baker's and saved money.
--------'‐----------‐--------------------- Order accuracy is hit and miss on the best of days. Usually, it's not a huge deal, and the staff works to either fix it, or offer free breadsticks.
Tonight, we ordered two identical pizzas, with one being well done. We could not tell which pizza was well done, so we asked the lady at the counter. She copped an attitude, and said it will take 30 minutes to make a new one.
I ordered a salad. I found a huge, brown chunk of the bitter inside of an iceberg lettuce head. Half of the lettuce was brown. It looked like I got the scraps that should have been thrown away.
When we got to the store to get our order, the girl was yelling at the other employees about no one else helping at the counter. There was a line of customers that went out the door.

Read moreThe pizza is the best in town, the service was the absolute worse I've experienced. The delivery girl let some teenage girl walk up from out of nowhere, sign my credit card receipt, get in a car, and drive off with my food and receipt. We spent an hour and a half waiting, then called to see what was taking so long. The manager failed to identify herself properly, causing some confusion. We were told what happened and that a new pizza would be delivered. Instead, we had another hour and a half wait, with the explanation that other orders were ahead of us in our area. Our pizza tasted great, but it wasn't nearly as hot and fresh as we had hoped. We were barely offered an apology by the manager, and the delivery girl seemed more upset about the mix up than the manager. Great pizza, but if you dare to try their customer service, do pick up. It's the only way to make sure your pizza is given to you and that some random teenager isn't jetting around town with your full name, address, and phone number at her disposal. Read moreQuite honestly the manager and staff have always gone above and beyond to fix any issues at hand. It's very rare but yesterday for instance there was a "glitch" in the app with the ordering system (nothing the staff did or knew about) I called before I ordered again noticing the error and after explaining the manager I think her name is Cindy (sorry if that's incorrect) resolve the problem when above and beyond just like the only other time that I've had an issue and they've taken care of it and that's why I continue to stay a loyal customer frequently. As a small business owner I understand that errors happen in business, it's the customer service that takes a business above and beyond the others and without being said I feel that they have always excelled in this department. Plus they're delivery makes Jimmy John's "freaky fast" delivery look like they are in turtle mode compared to Marcos 😆. Very unique and well variety of choice of toppings which is nice to see. 5 out of 5 stars definitely recommend this place. Thank you to the whole team that does a great job efficiently 🙏🏼
