Its 2 am and after a long day i just want some food and to get home. I go to this mcdonalds since its 24/7. Pull up to the speaker and its just silence. I wait a minute and ask if anybody is there but nobody responded. Assuming the speakers are down and since someone is behind me i pull up. Two cars in front. So i wait the 15 minutes it takes to get to window. The lady, i dont know her name but this was at 2am on 3/13/2016, was dressed as a manager- she opens window and says total. Which i never ordered so i tell her that and say that i thought speaker was not working. She sort of snickers at me and says, it works you just should have been patient. Then tells me to go back around since car behind me has food ready.
I never whine about food service. After working that industry for years i understand most of the crap that they go through. But dont tell me i should have been patient. If you were too busy at 2am with only 4 cars in line then maybe tell me to wait a moment over mic. Do not let me sit in silence. I already feel dumb sitting there talking to a box with people behind me. Also i was in line. Dont have me go to back of line because you cant communicate. Their food is ready? Good for them. I wont wait another 15 minutes for a drink and a small fry.
She was down right rude and as a customer service rep myself i dont appreciate people like her ruining the title for others. As a manager she should set an example to her employees.
Im done whining now. But seriously....worst mcdonalds ive...
   Read moreMe and my boyfriend went to this McDonaldâs and he works at bellin and is an essential worker Just like his grandmother a nurse who he was bringing food for as well we order some nuggets and a few burgers and he showed his badge to get the 50% off thatâs given according to the commercials and he only gave us 25 percent so once we got home we realized they not only gave us only 25% but they forgot our ranch and smoothie so we of course went back and they did give us the smoothie and ranch but the manager there was rude and said that he can make us pay the 25% back if we want to complain and said that he gives who ever he wants the percent off and itâs up to him when Iâm pretty sure McDonaldâs is a franchise and they work together to do the same deals. The manager there made us seem like he is the one who made the deal when I know for a fact he was not the one who came up with the deal for essential workers. Does@that end your order she asked I said no I would like two creams and one suger. She always has an attitude to the question and I go there every day all the others are great but this one lady is not. I have acid reflex and have to get it fresh I go there every day on my way to work on onida st green bay love the coffee there is one lady don't know her name she is large lady with dark hair she is the best she is kind and is always so friendly wish I knew her name she knows me as I have@a English accent and go to the drive up every day. She deserves a raise she is wonderful. I work with customers every day. I know customers are all differant but the other lady is not nice with not answering me.
