A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Bellevue

Really annoying to see an A&W run the way it is. I'm visiting Green Bay for family, and we have an A&W in Franksville, and they are the bomb. Very well-run franchise and nice individuals. They never get it wrong. I can tell by the attitude and mood that the drive-thru attendant had. I knew something was going to be wrong with my order. Of course, they miss my sauces. Part of the meal, and I paid for them. The kicker was that there was no Hey, how are you doing? No, have a great day! Just "here". Not to mention they made us park for two combo meals. I ordered through DoorDash. My order was hot, fresh and delicious when it arrived. I ordered the coney cheese dog with onion rings and a root beer cream freeze. My husband ordered the chicken tenders with chili cheese fries and I ordered the kids chicken tenders with fries and a milk for my daughter. My coney cheese coney was delicious topped with melted cheese and diced onions. My root beer cream freeze was the first I have ever had and it was a delicious dessert in a cup. Was that drive-through at 9:40 pm nobody answered and then when we went in, the girl didn’t even have the headset on she had it around her neck and she said she didn’t like to wear it food was cold. I’m not done properly. There was a chemicals by the soda machine and that is unsanitary and when she brought us our food, she said we close in 10 minutes just so you know in a rude way.
