The worst restaurant experience of my life. If I could give no stars I would. We were told the wait would be "30 to 35 minutes moving fast" and we waited over an hour. Our waiter took awhile to come around, but when he did he was manic, sweating and out of breath. He struggled to take our drink order and had us repeat what we wanted several times while never writing anything down. He eventually came back with the rolls and as he was putting the roles on the table they fell off the serving board. He then proceeded to take a steak knife and stab the rolls on the table to get them back on the knife to lay them back on the serving board. Literally aggressively stabbing the table. It was unsettling to say the least. We should have left after this, but we attempted to stick it out and give him the benefit of the doubt that he was just having a rough night. He never came back around to take our order we had to flag him down to remind him about our bar drinks at which point he sounded irritated and bothered so we decided to leave. We let him know we wouldn't be ordering food and that we'd like the bill to pay for our drinks. They have the self order tablets on the table, but the previous table never closed out and still had items we didn't order listed so we needed that corrected and he couldn't figure it out so he had to speak with his manager to get us our check. He dropped a paper check and left before we could give him our gift card so we got up and left the payment with the hostess. It takes a lot for me to walk out of a restaurant and to also leave a bad review. This place was the worst and I would avoid it...
Read moreUPDATE We came back today for the walk about wednesday deal it's supposed to come with steak, fries and a beer for 9.99 well it's a lie.. it is actually $12 and does not come with a beer so you are paying for a very small steak with a small side of fries.. it also took forever to get service and we got my very small salad before we got our drinks or even our utensils! Also our steak was the worst steak I've ever had from out back :(. I also ordered a side of shrimp and when she brought it to me it had 4 small shrimps on a Skewer, I asked if it was the same shrimp as the ones that came with my sisters meal she told me it was just prepared differently, well hers came with 5 not 4 shrimp. It's only one shrimp but the shrimp was $6.99! Also they tried to charge us 7.99 for the shrimp... we had to wait forever to get someone back to our table to fix this. it was a very disappointing visit to say the least. All in all out back went from our favorite place to a place we may never visit again :(
Really great service and friendly, we ordered the bloomin onion and it tasted very different from the one I had before, so I asked if we could return it, she was very nice about it and returned it no problem! We also had to return our steak do to it being to pink. And they brought it back perfect with extra sides! The food was delicious and so was our waitress I just wish we had gotten our waitresses name she did have a tattoo on her right collar bone in Hebrew I think? Very...
Read moreI was a bit worried because I had heard that the quality of Outback in the U.S. is significantly lower compared to Korea, but I decided to give it a try. Contrary to the reviews I had read online, the steak was incredibly tender and delicious, and the Bloomin’ Onion was super crispy and tasty. However, it was a bit salty. The clam chowder soup was also delicious. Despite it being late, the place was packed, but the server was quick with everything, so we got our food promptly. (However, at the end, the service slowed down a lot, and it became hard to wait.)
When I received the bill, I was surprised to see a $2 charge for the soup because when I asked what the “soup of the day” was, they said it was clam chowder. I was aware that clam chowder is a premium menu item with an extra charge, but since they said it was the soup of the day, I thought I got lucky. However, it turned out that there was still an extra charge. I went ahead and paid, but out of curiosity, I asked the manager, and he explained that there were other options like potato soup, which has no extra charge, and French onion soup, which has a $5 charge. I didn’t even know there were other options or that the “soup of the day” was meaningless. (I still don’t quite understand.) The manager apologized and waived the extra charge.
Despite this, both the manager and server were very kind, and I had an overall pleasant...
