Safeway Deli — Restaurant in Bellevue

I bought some hamburger there for almost $13 and it was bad so I put it in the freezer until I could get there again and return it The Man In Charge said it is over a week old and he is not taking it back I told him so it would not stink up my refrigerator I put it in the freezer and it took a couple of weeks to get it out because it was buried at the bottom, I thought Safeway would backup all their products regardless of the time issue, I guess I am wrong, what...
