MOD Pizza Support Center — Local services in Bellevue

ALERT! WARNING! ALERT! WARNING! Have been a customer of MOD Pizza in Burleson TX since January 2019. For the most part, the pizzas are delicious and the staff have been great. They have come to know us and know what we order and we all joke about it when they tell us how they are going to build our pizzas! ALERT! HOWEVER!!!! Our usual purchase of one pizza to serve the two of us has been from $13 to $15 or so each visit. We never thought to review our bank account to see what MOD was charging us via our bank card! We discovered two weeks ago charges of: $65.38, $51.30 and $63.22 for the exact same $13 to $15 pizza orders that has been customary for us from the very first visit. We have made personal visits to the Burleson location to speak to the 'manager' - whoever that is, made phones calls and called the Bellevue corp office, left messages and cannot get ANY response to our question: WHY THE EXCESS CHARGES ON OUR BANK CARD FOR A TRADITIONAL $13 PIZZA? NO REFUNDS HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO OUR ACCOUNT AND OUR TEMPERS ARE FLARING NOW SINCE THIS ALL BEGAN AROUND MARCH 25TH, AND ALL WE HAVE RECEIVED IS EVERY FRICK'N EXCUSE THEY CAN COME UP WITH ON WHY THOSE EXCESS CHARGES HAVE NOT BEEN REVERSED. FOLKS, THE PIZZA MAY BE GOOD - BUT, IF THEY ARE GOING TO STEAL FUNDS FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, THEN DO YOU REALLY WANT TO GIVE THESE SHYSTERS YOUR BUSINESS????? THINK SERIOUS ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU GO THERE AGAIN. WE HAVE NOTIFIED OUR LAW FIRM AND WILL BE NOTIFYING THE BBB AND OTHER APPROPRIATE ORGANIZATIONS ABOUT THIS SITUATION IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED BY THE END OF THIS WEEK. I was introduced to mods Pizza by a coworker in early july. He bragged about how good it was that he was going to buy me lunch, which would be a first period so I had nothing to lose and I took him up on it. I was very impressed with the service the quickness regarding how it's made right after you order it period very unique setup period and most importantly when you ate it you knew you had money well spent. All the ingredients look good and they all heat real well together. This evening was my fourth time eating MOD Pizza if I recall I felt kind of guilty after the first couple times not really mentioning anything. currently my fourth Pizza is cooking in the oven and I already know it tastes good. I got to build it, and even while I was building it one of the ladies the one who was helping me , young girl period she read my mind period wanted to ask for more cheese and she said are you sure you don't want more cheese. First time I ever had my pizza mine read. Anyway that store 71 up and Everett Washington and it's November 15th and it was at 4:52. So thank that crew they did a fantastic...

The worst pizza ever! Pay high price and they literally put nothing on your pizza. I've watched them make my pizza and they literally grab a few pieces of each thing and spread it out over the pizza. And the pizza always comes out over cooked and half burnt from the oven. If I wanted to eat bread with a little sauce I would have just ate at home by eating bread and dipping it into some pasta sauce. Mods is the worst pizza out there don't waste your money. It's only a matter of time they start going bankrupt by losing patrons. Wish this would let me add photos because I took photos of my garbage pizza. I'll post them on other sites that...
