SUPER YUMMY!!! I can't say enough great things about Pagliacci. Every location I visit services timely and deliiiccccciousssss pizza! I like that they also serve by the slice, because honestly one slice could be an entire meal for someone with a modest appetite. I like this location, very new and clean feeling. The decor is super cute and clean. Layout of the lobby/seating area feels comfortable. Prices are decent. I like that they have little cups of chili peppers and parmesan out to freely take with your to-go items. I will definitely be back here for a slice at lunch with grams or a whole pizza to share at dinner next time I'm in town!

This is a clean and modern location that also has some nice outdoor seating. They'd rather you use a card instead of cash; there's sign on the door that says so. The people who work there are nice. They have beer but it's in cans and they serve it in plastic cups. The pizza is good, especially fresh out of the oven, but it is a bit on the greasy side. Maybe that's just me since I always go with pepperoni. Pagliacci's gets bonus points for having anchovies. I went with a whole pie but next time I'll hit the slice bar. That looked really good. About 5 bucks a slice, so four of those would be cheaper than a whole 11'' pie.

This place has become our go-to spot every time we eat out as a family. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients in their pizza—nothing overly salty or full of artificial flavors. The crust strikes the perfect balance: slightly crisp on the outside, wonderfully chewy on the inside, and you can actually taste the wheat in the dough. On top of that, every staff member we’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind and friendly. It’s the kind of place that not only serves great food, but also makes you feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommend!

Walked in looking for pizza to take to the hospital where we have been for the last two weeks. Sat and decided what all I wanted for 20 min..them waited in line and ordered. The total was about $71 and some change. I produced a $100 bill right from the bank next door. Guy tells me it has to be within $10 of the hundred for him to take it...first off...$100 isn't that much money these days, and businesses keep treating them like they are a check.. it's legal tender people!!! Anyway, that's fine..I asked if I could walk over to the bank that bin could see from the counter and get it broken down while they started the order.... and with no other words, he said nope. This particular location used to be a pizza Hut that I frequently visited many times. I went and found the pizza Hut about 10 minutes down the road...never questioned the $100 bill. I'll never walk into another Pagliacci pizza...

I guess I was just expecting more because of the reviews, so that probably set me up to be disappointed. First, the phone order person gave me a specific time to pick up the pizza. I like that. In CA, at my local pizza place, when they tell you 5:50pm, it's coming out of the oven nice and hot at 5:50pm. When I was told on the phone 5:50pm, I gauged my trip to arrive there exactly at 5:50pm.

I was surprised and disappointed when, at 5:40pm, I got a text saying my pizza was ready. I was just leaving to get it! When I arrived, instead of the pizza waiting for me on a warmer, it was waiting on an unheated shelf. Very efficient (too efficient).

So our pizza was not hot to start with, and I think that influenced my opinion. And, for my personal taste, the crust was TOO thin. Others might like it that way.

For the price I paid, it was...

The employees were very friendly and responsive. Only gave a 3 because, well, if there is no silverware on the table or available to grab, don't you think you should bring it when you bring salads? Had to go find someone so we could eat. Salad was good, a little expensive for a side salad, but a very generous portion. The pizza... c'mon guys, this is what you were known for. Our pizza was undercooked, and the vegetables on top (mushrooms, onions, peppers) were pretty much raw. I am convinced they threw them on after it came out of the oven. I'm really disappointed. This is a newer location, looks great, but every table was dirty, had to wipe it off to sit down. Seemed well-staffed, should probably have...
