The wait time was incredibly long, I waited almost 35 minutes standing in the rain and hail for my food and I was freezing and wondering if they forgot my order, but it seems like a lot of people wait in their cars since they give you a buzzer to let you know your food is ready. So in reality there were many orders ahead of me that I wasn’t aware of when I placed my order, which explains the wait time. I was prepared to not come back because Seattle/Bellevue is not known to have good Mexican food, and that is a really long time to wait for food at a taco truck, but turns out it’s worth it and I’m giving it 5 stars because it was really really good. The melon agua fresca was incredible, the tacos were loaded with meat and the birria wet burrito was so huge I have dinner tonight too. I...

A lot of sauce and beans inside it, and it came with some salsa on the side. The shell tasted a little bit crispy, so I think they maybe grilled it. I'm not sure if they did, since it wasn't crispy to the point where it was able to stay still (like I know many Taquerias in SF do). But it did feel like they did something, which was a nice touch. I also got a Mexican coke here for $5, which is maybe quite overpriced, but that seems typical at a good truck. Overall, I would recommend giving this...
Read moreLove this place, best burrito I've found in Washington thus far. They serve more of a "mission style" burrito with a delightfully tender and chewy tortilla, flavorful meat, beans, rice, cheese, crema, and guac. All for $11.00! To get the same this at another truck in the area, you're going to pay $18 or more, and it's mediocre at best. As other near by trucks don't get the ratio of ingredients correct. I hope this truck never changes. I plan on gaining at least 5 pounds from eating here...
