This was my second visit to JEMK, and it was a disappointing experience.

I booked a regular manicure and pedicure because my nails were weakened from a previous gel service.

Manicure: The filing was done poorly—my nails were jagged, uneven, and chipped. While the technician fixed the chips, the overall result still looked messy.

Pedicure: The scrub was too rough and left a small cut on my big toe. I was told not to get polish because I was wearing closed-toe shoes, which would cause chipping. I agreed, but was still charged the full pedicure price. This should have been mentioned before the service or the price adjusted.

The service felt careless, and the lack of communication was frustrating. I won’t be returning.

I had an amazing experience at JEMK NAIL LOUNGE!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely comfortable. The salon was clean, stylish, and had a very relaxing atmosphere.

The nail technician was not only incredibly skilled but also very professional and attentive. They took their time to ensure every detail was perfect, and the results were absolutely stunning—my nails have never looked better! I appreciated how they explained the process, used high-quality products, and maintained excellent hygiene throughout.

What really stood out to me was the level of care and customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final look. I left feeling pampered, confident, and excited to come back.

I got builder gel with a pink and white ombré. Emily did my nails and it was the best experience I think I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years! She was meticulous. The shaping? EXACTLY what I wanted. She checked in regularly to make sure I liked what she was doing. The colors she picked for the base were amazing. Then, she airbrushed the white to give me the ombré effect. I was nervous about this because I have t seen an airbrush machine used on nails since I was in high school and used to get those horribly done French manicures! Haha!! My nails are perfect and I will go to this place to see Emily every time I am in town for work!

Ps: the parking situation there does kind of suck. I parked behind the building and walked around. That’s the only slightly negative thing...
