The manager (George) was incredibly knowledgable and honest about everything to do with mattresses, from the supply chain through to the typical customer feedback. He was also very kind to switch out the layers on the test beds until we found the exact right mix of softness and support that we were looking for.

The store itself is beautiful and clean. We were so glad that we chose it to be the first stop on our mattress-buying journey, because George made it such an easy decision for us to cancel all our subsequent plans.

We had the best experience at Naturepedic Bellevue! It was mostly due to George in particular, who is so knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for and help us make the best decision for us. He did not try to upsell us on the most expensive mattress in the store, like all of the other mattress stores do. He was thoughtful and considerate and let us figure out what worked best for our needs and budget. I have no doubt that we will love our mattress, it’s will be lovingly made with quality organic ingredients.
