I knew that for my special day a few things had to be perfect, one: dress, two: the groom 😂, three: my wedding cake. I could have not achieved this have it not been for Rosie Bakery. Having the ease to work with her design team and craft a cake made just for me and my special day meant the world to me. From the beginning the staff and owner were extremely kind, professional, and considerate. While planning for a wedding can be stressful, the ease that Marjan and her team allowed for me when it came to my cake took a huge weight off of my shoulders. No matter what the obstacle, Marjan and her team went above and beyond taking caring of whatever issue without it ever coming back to me to solve or figure out. The day of my wedding my Florist forgot to leave flowers for my wedding cake, Marjan went above and beyond as to figuring out how to find flowers for the cake LAST MINUTE!! I was not even aware of this until weeks after my wedding! In addition to the beautiful cake that was crafted for us the tasting of it was EVEN better! I had heard most people don’t eat wedding cakes at weddings BUT LET ME TELL YOU EVERYONE ATE MINE! I had many people reach out to me after the wedding to ask where I had ordered my cake from, because they were still in awe of the delicious taste but also the design! My husband and I loved it so much that we asked our coordinator to keep some for our breakfast the next day! We could not recommend Rosie Bakery enough! I live in California while my husband is temporarily working in Washington. He was spending his birthday alone since all of our family and friends live in CA. I wanted to surprise him with a custom cake. I’m not familiar with Washington so I had to do a quick Google search. I searched for a custom bakery near his hotel and I came across Rosie Bakery online.

I called them and they answered instantly. I told them that I’m looking for a custom cake based off his favorite anime and I was wondering if they would kindly deliver to his hotel. They were very kind to direct me to their website so I can send them a picture reference along with what type of flavor cake/frosting.

They responded to my custom cake request within 1-2 hours. Super quick! It was a reasonable price for the quality, quickness, and delivery. It came out exactly like the picture I sent them! Actually, it came out BETTER than the picture. I’ve attached pictures of the actual cake they made and the reference picture.

They delivered it on time and followed all directions. My husband was super surprised and loved how detailed the cake looked. I quote he said “It looks too good to eat!”

The flavor was red velvet cake with white chocolate ganache and fondant frosting. He said it wasn’t too sweet and that it was the right amount of sweetness.

We chose a vanilla cake with fresh strawberries and strawberry coulis, and it was absolutely delicious—moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The fresh strawberries added a refreshing touch, and the coulis brought everything together beautifully. It was a huge hit at the party!

Not only did Rosie deliver the cake on time, but the decoration was beyond our expectations. It was exactly what we had envisioned and more! She even added extra thoughtful details to match our chosen theme, which made the cake even more special. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive.
