Average at best--if even that. Pricing was a bit more expensive here than other places that I've tried, but it does taste like Pho so whatever(yea, we ordered pho).
The problem, is with the appetizers/side dishes. We ordered 3 spring rolls and a plate of 10 fried chicken wings(or in these case, 10 segments of chicken wings). We instead got 2 spring rolls cut into halves(so 4 halves), and 6 chicken wings(6 midsections. I did not know it was a 10 pieces dish until AFTER getting the receipt). I don't know what's going on here, but someone in the kitchen really did not math correctly.
The begin with, the spring rolls were probably the worst spring rolls I've ever had at any pho place. And that's not just me. My whole table was in unanimous agreement. The halves themselves consisted of a few bean sprouts, a large leaf of lettuce, the usual rice noodles, a thinly sliced piece of what seems to be roasted meat or ham, and... half a shrimp. Yes... half a shrimp per half a spring roll. BUT all that would have been tolerable, had they not butchered the peanut sauce as it just tastes atrocious when paired with the spring roll. Anyone who has had good spring rolls, knows that the peanut sauce is 70% of the dish. You can be eating a plain piece of lettuce with plain carrots and rice noodles, and with good peanut sauce, the dish would be delicious. Unfortunately, that is not the case for this establishment. Suffice to say, I would not recommend the spring rolls until they change their peanut sauce recipe.
Also, our receipt says 1 order of 10[pieces of] fried chicken wings for $9.95. We only got 6 pieces with some sweet chili sauce. What gives?
Lastly... no chili oil. They're using some spicy and sour sauce packet from a brand of instant noodles to substitute for spicy chili oil instead. It's not the same.
Giving this place a 2/5 stars for being on the more costly side, while not keeping up to the pricing standards and charging for incomplete dishes.

Read moreTo start, waited 15 minutes to order & there were only 3 tables there with customers already eating.
Placed order steak pho, steak & brisket pho, chicken BanhMi, chicken wings, eggrolls, pork spring rolls, fried wonton & 2 iced coffees.
Everyone's order came aside from mine (chicken BanhMi & chicken wings). After waiting 10 minutes more minutes asked staff where my order was & response was "It was never placed " they would make it really quick (no apologies given). By the time my food arrived the rest of the family had already finished eating, I took a few bites and packed it ToGo.
Food review: This may be the first ever Pho restaurant that lacked so much flavor in every item aside from the iced coffee which were clearly the instant gold packets you can buy from the Asian market & the spring roll fish sauce. There was no flavors to anything. Everything was extremely bland, from appetizers to main course. The pho was alot of broth but again no flavor, slightly sweet at the most. The wings, fried wontons & spring rolls were like eating fried air & leaves. The chicken BanhMi had the most flavor, but it was all bread and not much else ... never seen such a sad looking BanhMi before poor thing.
Total: $92 no comp for the forgotten order.
Not returning. Not recommending. I found this odd due to the strong smell of Pho lingering outside and how potent it was inside to have zero taste to their food. I think they cooked with alot of onions and rely on natural flavors, but still a little seasoning is a must in everything we cook.
Only go here if you like extremely bland, strong smelling, lack of flavor, with a smidge of attitude from the female waitress. You'd love it if...
Read moreI HATE writing bad reviews but think it is important to be honest. You will see most of my reviews are positive as I like to highlight good service since some people can be negative.
Our service was so bad, in fact horrific that I had write this review. Three of my coworkers and I went to Pho Ever for lunch today. They were fairly busy but there we still plenty of open seats. They seemed adequately staffed but we had to wait to order. All fine but we waited and waited. Finally, I TRIED to get someones attention and a gentlemen somewhat acknowledged me but then ignored us. We waited longer. FINALLY, we were able to flag down a waitress and we ordered.
I ordered the veggie curry and SPECIFICALLY asked for ONLY VEGGIES (what does that mean to you?). I was very clear and my coworkers confirmed I asked for ONLY VEGGIES and nothing else. My meal came and it had tofu in it. I'm not supposed to have tofu. The waitress said I didn't ask for veggies only and I told her I was very clear about asking for veggies only and even listed the veggies I wanted. It was very awkward and she kind of hinted at having me eat it anyway and didn't offer to take it back and make me a new dish. The waitress didn't even apologize for getting my order wrong. The staff seemed to have their heads down and weren't happy or friendly.
Then, one of my coworkers wanted water and instead they threw a to go box on our table. My other coworker stopped another waiter and we were able to get more water.
Hard to find parking. Decently priced and the food was hot. Food was OK but nothing to brag about. I hope you have a...
