Lobby never open but on several occasions about 6-8 staff members (maybe even some friends) sitting in the lobby hanging out, but doors locked with no explanation & they acted as tho they didn't see you when you walk all the way around the buildingto another locked door and look at them for some wxpla . Once in drive thru it took time to get help, which I'm not sure why. I was 10 mins behind on a pickup order for my myself with doordash. Wasnt even ready. They "finished" it up and I had cold fries and missing item. Young kid laughed like I was trying to scam him over a baked potato. 𤣠he reluctantly fixed the issue upon confirming the reciept & checking with other staff member before telling me, they "could" make a new one & it'll be right out. Not my fault it wasn't there to begin with. Another time I had ordered $47 in food and he was irrated that I didn't have cash and/or other cards to make payment bc their machine was being goofy and had been for a few days, and my card wouldnt run. I've worked in food many many years, there are ways to make it work, and he seemed irritated that I said No and asked him to try the card again. And just like that, magic! The card (machine) worked. Upon that, he seemed annoyed and said they'd get working on the order, when it was placed 30 mins prior thru doordash. Again No lobby open but 6 cars in back employee parking, 3ppl outside by dumpster chatting and no one in front of me. The front area had a blue tarp or something around it so you couldn't see behind it thru the doors of the lobby, and again no explanation of why the lobby was closed, but several employees present & in uniform. The fries and nuggest were warm at best. Nuggets had been dumped out into the bag like they were put in upside down. Once I got home, none of the cheese was melted on the chicken or burgers, which is odd bc I use an insulated bag and when doing door dash others for others, and myself I've had food still hot when I get home. Some up to a 30 min drive. So shame on me for fooling myself that that other experiences were just an "off" night. I didnât call but just living around the corner âŚhI decided to go back. Iâve never had issues at this Wendyâs before.
I have NEVER BEEN SO HUMILIATED in my life!!!! I told them my order was wrong they had to get the managerâŚâŚ he came up and was instantly rude. They gave me no receipt through the drive thru so he ended up printing my receipt. I told him I wanted grilled chicken⌠the way he responded had me appalled⌠he threw my original sandwhich in the trash and continued to be disrespectful⌠at this point I just wanted my money back and he absolutely refused!!!!!!!! He didnât apologize or anything. He was very rude and made me feel car uncomfortable. Thatâs pathetic. & shows how they feel about their customers.
Iâm a registered nurse I would never treat my patients that way. Where is there customer service? How is it ok that you made a mistake? This couldâve all been avoided.
I ALMOST CALLED 911 For my safety the way that older male âmanagerâ verbally attacked meâŚ. & then The cashier followed behind him and obeying his commands attacked me too⌠& Then as I sat in the lobby on the phone with corporate they had another male employee watching me!
Plus while waiting in their lobby and calling cooperate their cashier decides to take her managers side and yells at me, refuses to give her and his name, nobody wears name tags. I had to sit in a corner until my sandwhich was made that I did not want anymore!

   Read more10/10/24 I visited Wendyâs at Galvin Road in Bellevue, NE. I reside in Bellevue and have hit or miss experiences at this location. Yesterdayâs experience confirmed that I will not return.
I ordered a meal through the drive through at 5pm. I had a few minutes to spare so I pulled into a parking spot, began to eat my cold chewy fries and then opened my burger. A long blonde hair was intertwined in the sandwich. Wrapped all up in the tomato.
I opted to go inside and request a new meal. It is now 5:06. The 1st person couldnât help so I waited for the shift manager. He immediately apologized and offered to return my money and remake the meal. He said to give him 2 minutes.
While standing and waiting the customers who came in after ordered and were also waiting. One gentleman said he had been waiting 30 minutes.
Meanwhile I looked around the restaurant and saw filth beyond comprehension. Vents are so filthy you can write your name in the dirt. Light fixtures in the kitchen have dust and dirt hanging from them. Floors were sticky and hide food accumulated in the corners. Walls, windows, trim, counter covered in dirt and hand prints. It was disgusting. Kitchen was unsanitary and gross.
Now it is 5:36 and I still do not have my food. I demanded my money back and left. I am appalled by what Wendyâs corporation accepts as quality. Zero excuse! You lost my business 100%. Not just this location but from all Wendyâs. You should be ashamed of the...
