Until this week, the only time I've been to In-N-Out is in the drive-thru. It's always been a decent experience, they seem too have everything organized and as easy as possible. However, I decided to get my daughter's class burgers for her birthday party at school this week. I was a little bummed to find out that you had to go in person to order ahead. But, I'm so glad that I did! The full experience was so easy. I walked into the restaurant the girl at the counter welcomed me with a big smile and she was so supportive and nice about the whole order. She had to confirm a couple things with her manager, Elvis. Elvis was able to quickly and easily walk her through the process and fill me in on all the info that I would need on the day of pickup. Luckily for me, he was working when I had to pick up the burgers. I showed up at the time that was ordered, and they already had everything boxed up and ready to go. Elvis recognized me right away and remembered that I had placed the order a few days ahead. He asked if there was anything else that I needed, and proceeded to help me get the box of burgers out to my car. The service I experienced was phenomenal, I wish all businesses could provide such outstanding service and seem to genuinely care about their job and the customer. Although, the burgers are simple, and not too many frills, I will absolutely return for the service alone. I also appreciate the fresh ingredients and feel comfortable with my child, family, and friends eating this food given there is not a ton of fake ingredients, like a lot of other fast food restaurants. Thank you again to all of the staff at In-n-out in Bellflower for making my daughter's birthday day even...
Read moreI have been to this place three times. The first two times were fine, but tonight was not a good In-N-Out experience. I don't know what the staff was doing tonight, but certainly they were not focus in providing customer with a hot and fresh burger and fries; customer service was deplorable. There was a very long wait between numbers to get a hamburger. The place was at 25% capacity at the most. I know that there were customers coming through the drive thru, but nothing unusual; so, I don't see why we had to wait such a long time. Then, once I got my #1 combo the fries were cold as ice and tasted awful. I thought that it was just my fries, but other customers were also complaining and returning their fries. When I returned my fries there was another customer behind me who was completely ignored while he was trying to return his. He got upset and asked the employee why she was ignoring him and then he said, "My fries are cold". As I was eating I saw customers, that ordered to go, that had already left coming back because their order wasn't right I have never seen so many people complaining about their cold fries or coming back for an issue related to their order. I don't understand why the staff would give us cold fries. Every single time that I have been to this location I have never seen any employee cleaning the tables. Every single time that I sat down to eat the table was dirty. It looks like they are not Covid friendly. It was a bad experience and there was no need for it at all. Very poorly trained staff, no pro active at all. Bad attitude and lack of customer service skills. I am not...
Read moreThe Bellflower location corner of Bellflower and Artesia blvd surprised the goodness out of me. First time in life I have experienced less then PERFECT service at in n out. FROM observing and hearing a employee complaining about the "black" customers and having to clean the trays that were left. ORDERTAKER 1 who let me know he had just woke up (it was 4pm) oh that's why he placed an order for a cheeseburger instead of a grilled cheese that my 10yr old daughter has ordered for the last 8 yrs of her life, no other in n out has ever miss ordered ever. My daughter is vegetarian. Food was not prepared to in n out standard. The cashier Valery Go was very annoyed that she had to correct the order. The pick up window young lady was extremely rude, she was annoyed that i requested spread and more napkins she displayed her annoyce by rolling her eyes. She gave me a large coke the was watery due to the excessive amount of ice. I noticed my drink was finish quickly. When I looked in the cup it was more then half full of ice. A larger portion of my family grew up by the IN N OUT university, new people visiting Baldwin Park, number one question "why do you guys have in n out on both sides of the freeway" "Lol we don't it's the college" " In n out has college!?!" "Yes thats how you know its always going to be good"
I hope this review gets to corporate so that all disgusting behavior is...
