Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Bellflower

I visited in today and ordered my food. After i ordered, I ended adding additionally potato salad and Thai tea. Between my family and I went patronized good as we always do. Once my food was ready i asked for a cup hold. The guy stated. “We don't have any. Then once he saw me pick up multiple drinks he called out to me. Maam! Ma’am! Here’s a cup holder. 🙄 So i place the drinks inside and continued out the door. The cup hold was not secure. The cups did not fit properly. Especially the Thai tea cup. I tried to hold the drinks securely and both the drinks ended falling out the cup holder. So i called the establishment immediately to let them know what happened and they claimed the accident needed to on the premises in order for them to see. I explained how cheaply the cup holders were made. I had 2 drinks in the holder. The person I spoke to said to bring the busted cups back. He’s show it to his manager. All this for a drink. So later after I ate my food, I sent my daughter with the busted cups. For them to at least replace the tea. She took the busted cups. They refuse to replace my drink. Why are y’all this stingy. If you had better cup holders and stop being so tight and stingy. This problem wouldn’t be happening. Well this upset me. I WILL NO LONGER BE PATRONIZING THEM. I will post then ob all my social media accounts. They’re so tight and cheap. They are more concerned and worried about not replacing my drink than keeping a loyal customer happy. They already didn’t want to freely give condiments. They also buy lower grade fish. Its becoming very tiring supporting business who are just overly tight and cheap. This has to change. Prices can’t be this and we get less and less. Less quality of service and less quality product. If you know better....

My 96-year-old uncle was near death and he only has a few months left and all he wanted was dark meat chicken. I ordered him a meal as I live two hours away from DoorDash from this business. DoorDash canceled the order and refunded me my money and I never realized it till two hours later I saw text my Uncle calls me an hour later yelling worse my food I’m hungry, I called DoorDash this morning an explanation and they blame the restaurant I called the restaurant they tell me to call DoorDash. I called DoorDash again. DoorDash tells me it was a problem with the computer at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant refused to help they have even resolved this, offering any kind of compensation to send him food again today, which is all I’m asking this is...

Very clean inside but it is new so it should be the workers can barely speak English I ordered catfish and it came with tilapia fish and the fish was very well plated and beautifully cooked to perfection but no flavor at all and I mean that no flavor I probably won’t go back to this location because of communication problems and the fact that the food is lacking seasoning and the bathroom is clean but there was an ordor in there that would make a skunk run never would I want to breath that again in my opinion you ain’t missing anything if you don’t here to this location and they are higher than other locations which nots worth it when that seasoning...
