STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! It was such a nightmare trying to just setup a simple appointment with Kendra the Office Manager. I purchased two massage/facial Groupons for my parents. First off she said they cannot take the Groupon unless it has their names on the voucher because of possible āfraudulent use." Okay so I requested Groupon to put it as a gift under each of their names. I then called Kendra back to set up appointments for June 20. Everything was good to go⦠or at least I thought so. I called Lavish Spa the day before the appointments to double check and confirm everything was set and Kendra said I scheduled it as July 20?!?! When it comes to scheduling any appointment I routinely make sure to always repeat the date 3 times and immediately write it down to avoid this exact type of situation! She said she could still squeeze them in though at an earlier time that same day so I called my parents to check with them. Although annoyed they said it was fine. Called Kendra right after to confirm the new appointments. Thought everything was squared away⦠nope wrong again! My parents showed up the next day and Kendra said they didnāt' have them even scheduled because I never called her back to confirm?!?! My husband who was sitting right next to me the entire conversation could even recall the verbal exchange I had with Kendra confirming the new appointments. On top of that I even had proof on my call log that I had a 1 minute and 7 second conversation with her right after the call made to my parents. THE WORST THING OF THIS WHOLE FIASCO WAS THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY EVER MADE. Every successful professional business knows you never accuse or attack your customer whether they are wrong or right. Any ego must be put aside for the greater reputation of the business. In this case where I am 100% certain I was in the right an apology for the miscommunication still wouldāve gone a long way. UNTIL THEY CAN GREATLY IMPROVE ON THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISORGANIZED SCHEDULINGā¦.GO ELSEWHERE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am so disappointed with everyones service in this place. I came in on January 6, when I walked in the place looked really nice a quiet not much space for a waiting area. I told the lady (supposeably the boss) that I had an appointment and that I had a Groupon broucher and she rudely said "well can I see it". I was then escorted to a room to wait again, my boyfriend stayed out in the "waiting area" the "boss" later came in asking me if he was going to be waiting for me, and then told me that he was going to be moved around since there was no space for him to be waiting. I found this very unprofessional. The lady that was going to do my facial came in and introduced herself and again the "boss" came out shushing us. I was told that the facial couldn't be done because it was under my sister's name. I informed them I was aware of it but that it was a gift, she told me it was fine that she would figure it out with her boss. I was getting into my robe when the boss came in telling she couldn't do the service. Mind you that she did not knock the door before entering. after a small dispute I was able to do the service. the girl put me two face mask left me in the room for over 30 min, was walking in and out and when she would come in she would MAKE AN UGLY FACE TO HER BOSS BEHING HER BACK. I was so impatient when again she left me in the room I decided to come out and there was no one in there. gosh I can not even how bad of experience this was and ON MY BIRTHDAY! there was no difference in my face it was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really wanted to give Lavish a good review because everyone seemed to be, for the most part pretty polite. However, the services were a bit weird and unusual. Firstly, they did not honor the price they told me at the time of the booking. I told the receptionist who had guaranteed on a price and since that person was not there on the day of our treatment, she did not honor it. We were charged $30 more for each person. Then the facial was to be 45 minutes. I've been to many day spas and the person doing facials usually stay in the room for most of the time. They also explain what they are putting on your face and why. This person only asked if there was a skin concern. Then quiet the entire time. Kept leaving for 10 minutes at a time. No extractions, no hand or shoulder massage. It was just a face wash, a mask, and then some serum. The entire service might have taken 20 minutes. The 60 minutes massage at times seemed promising, but the person did not listen if we wanted less pressure. A nerve on my shoulder blade was hurt and has been hurting for days since. My cousin was bruised, and has bruising days after her massage. Oh! I forgot to mention that we were rescheduled 3 times. Also, I had a screenshot of the price that we were guaranteed and they still did...
